cost,charge,expense,price的區別

 

 

Cost：費用，成本。包括對某事所付出的一切費用及時間、勞動等。

 

Charge：給予服務後索要的「費用」。

 

expense常用複數形式，多指大量的「花費，支出」，如求學、旅遊、戰爭等所需要的「開銷」。

 

Price：價格，即商品出售時所定的「價格」，還有「代價」的意思。

 

 

 

請看下面的例句：

 

1、The company has made heroic efforts at cost reduction.

公司在降低成本方面付出了艱苦卓絕的努力。

 

 

2、Costs have been cut by 30 to 50 per cent...

成本降低了30%到50%。

 

 

3、Customers who arrange overdrafts will face a monthly charge of ￡5.
