determine和decide都可以表示"決定"，但是在法律文件中，作"決定"講時，dertermine比decide更為正式，而decide在法律文件中一般不表示"決定",而是"判決、裁決"。
1、Notwithstanding clause 6.6(a), if the General Partner determines, in its sole discretion, that there has been a material change or significant event relating to the Investment(s) of the Fund which would justify a different valuation, the General Partner shall determine the basis on which an Additional Limited Partner may be admitted or an Increasing Limited Partner may increase its Capital Commitments, which may include without limitation, applying an adjustment amount in addition to the Equalising Amount and the Subscription Interest to such Additional Limited Partner or Increasing Limited Partner to reflect the proper fair value of the relevant Investment(s).
