今日立春，二十四節氣之首，
是陽氣初升，萬物復甦之時。

中國「二十四節氣」已正式列入聯合國非遺名錄，讓我們看看24節氣的英文表達是怎樣表述的吧。

Why was the Twenty-four Solar Terms was invented by ancient Chinese?
為什麼古代中國人能夠發明 24 節氣？
In ancient times, agriculture was the economic mainstay of China and its people, and the purpose of establishing a calendar was to regulate agricultural production. Chinese ancients discovered through astronomical observation, that during the earth's 12-month orbit around the sun, its changing position gave rise to periodical changes in climate and thus distinctive farming seasons. They subsequently designated 24 positions within the earth's orbit, calling them the 24 Jieqi (24 solar terms).
農業是古代中國和中國老百姓的經濟支柱，建立曆法的目的是管理農業生產。中國古人通過天文觀測發現，在地球圍繞太陽公轉的 12 個月裡，其位置的周期性變化和氣候變化相同，以此來確立農耕季節。所好他們在地球軌道內指定了24個位置，稱之為 24 節氣。

24 節氣的翻譯看似繁多，其實歸一下類即可輕鬆記住它們。

立春、立夏、立秋和立冬放在一起記憶，英文都是Beginning of...，拼寫時注意大小寫~~

規律3：大/小...
第三個規律呢，就是把小暑/大暑、小雪/大雪、小寒/大寒放在一起記憶，拼寫的重要性不言而喻~~

其實也可以將小暑/寒放在一起記憶也可以，因為英文都是Slight /Lesser...，這裡再加一個小滿的英文是Lesser fullness，大暑/寒放在一起記憶，英文是Great..，只要用心整理，記憶起來並非難事。另外夏天過了處暑就不熱了，處暑的英文就是End of Heat，也很好記吧!
特別記憶
白/寒露也可按規律記憶，英文都是...Dew，除此之外，其他都需要單獨記憶~~當然也有一些比較容易記的，比如雨水、穀雨~~

我們不能只會英文表達，也要學學二十四節氣的英文介紹，不然怎麼給老外介紹呢?
The Twenty-four Solar Terms is a knowledge system and social practice through which the Chinese organize their perception of astronomical laws (天文學規律) and their relation with natural world.
Ancient Chinese divided the circle of the annual motion of the sun (太陽周年運動) into 24 equal segments; each segment was called a Jie Qi or solar term. Hence the 24 segments are collectively called the Twenty-four Solar Terms.
The Twenty-four Solar Terms originated in the Yellow River reaches (黃河流域).
