黨建好故事創作編輯研究中心（數位化中心）蔣鑫富創作的長篇紀實文學《黨建好故事》（卷一）《我的初心我的村——在那神仙居住地方的100個中國村莊》連載
仙居，是北宋景德四年（1007），宋真宗以其「洞天名山屏蔽周衛，而多神仙 之宅」，詔改而來，立縣至今已有1600多年歷史。
仙居，歷代人才輩出，是晚唐著名詩人項斯、宋代世界上第一部食用菌專著 《菌譜》作者陳仁玉、元代詩書畫三絕的大書畫家柯九思、明代勇鬥嚴嵩的左都御史吳時來等人的故鄉。
仙居，文化積澱深厚，境內有距今7000多年的下湯文化遺址、國內八大奇文之一——蝌蚪文，中國歷史文化名鎮、華東第一龍形古街——皤灘古鎮，宋代大理學家朱熹曾送子求學的桐江書院、春秋古越文字等，文物古蹟不勝枚舉。
仙居還是「一人得道，雞犬升天」「滄海桑田」「逢人說項」等成語典故的發生地。
史書上的仙居，更留下過「很血性」的一頁。
那是嘉慶四十年（1561）倭寇復犯台州，戚繼光率軍圍殲大捷，入侵仙居之敵無一生還。
今日仙居，紅色引領，綠色發展。
仙居，有一張「神仙居」5A 級景區名片，還有一條「全國最美母親河」永 安溪。 仙居，是一個 51 萬人口的山區縣，也是浙江省唯一的「綠色化發展改革試點縣」。
用「和合」這把尺子，量一量仙居村級班子的出發點、聚焦點、興奮點，不僅僅是為了亮一亮仙居的「黨建好故事」。
這是一個怎樣的故事？
他叫金永奇，是紅十三軍仙居遊擊總隊隊長金永洪烈士本家堂兄弟。20世紀90年代就走出了「高山移村」之路，「三次創業」讓新羅村成為「黨建強、發展強」的全縣標杆。
他叫張新建，八年如一日。從台州市機關事務管理局的領導崗位，現下派 到振興村，擔任農村工作指導員兼村黨總支第一書記，年前被金竹溪村全體村民4次按手印挽留；2019年6月，受到中共中央領導在人民大會堂集體接見。
他叫許子兵，甘願放棄在昆明開大超市的生意，回村治村富村興村，讓上橫街村一躍成為全省鄉村振興排頭兵，得到時任浙江省委書記車俊的鼓勵肯定。
他們腳踏實地與群眾心心相印，用行動高舉偉大旗幟。
從己亥年到庚子年，仙居上下共克時艱。
他叫應文兵，是大戰鄉仙泉村黨支部書記。應戰「利奇馬」颱風的那些天， 村裡積水猛漲，8個自然村中，有6個村不到一小時，平均積水深度超過2米，最深處超過4米。他顧不上自己廠房上百萬元機器設備泡在水裡遭受損失，帶領 村「兩委」班子和廣大黨員骨幹，全力轉移村民，確保了「零傷亡」，以「和合」的力 量，戰勝了險情災情。
對於湖北武漢和全國人民來說，抗擊突如其來的新冠肺炎疫情，是一場人民戰爭、總體戰、阻擊戰。
他叫張子鵬，是海南某部的仙居籍戰士。春節期間，他正在橫溪鎮朱塘岸村的家中休探親假。作為人民子弟兵，張子鵬立即向村黨支部請命，志願加入了堅守卡點執勤的隊伍。我以《休假戰士的「仙居哨位」》為題，寫下了這樣的詩句——
當頭戴皇冠的魔鬼氣勢洶洶地襲來
戰士的眼神，是一個將軍的集結
戰士的口令，是一個村子的父老
戰士的請戰，是一個村支書的點頭
戰士的任務，是發放一千多隻自費的口罩
這一刻，戰士身上迷彩服的圖案
正是一個共和國屹立在世界東方的版圖
在面向朱塘岸村田野的麥浪裡
在通向神仙居峰頂的古道上
在流向永安溪仙湖的水聲中
戰士的勸說，測溫，記錄
是在陣地裡、在哨卡上的一次次衝鋒
是在村子裡，一個戰士的「武漢阻擊戰」
是以父老鄉親的名義
正在行一個神聖的軍禮
Reading Guidance
With a history of more than 1600 years,the Xianju county gets its name at thefourth year of EmperorSongZhenzong’s reign (AD 1007), who praises the place as 」 fairy mountain resorts on the ground inhabited by immortals」 .
Through the ages, the Xianju county has been the hometown of a large number of talented people , including Xiang Si, the famous poet in the late Tang Dynasty; Chen Renyu, author of the world's first edible fungus monograph "Fungus Spectrum" in the Song Dynasty; Ke Jiusi, a master calligrapher,painter and poet in the Yuan Dynasty, and Wu Shilai, the famous censor who fought bravely against the treacherous court official Yan Song in the Ming Dynasty.
The Xianju county has a profound cultural heritage.Within its territory,there are numerous cultural relics and historic sites, such as Xiatang cultural sites,which dates back more than 7,000 years;Tadpoles, one of the eight wonderful writings in China; the first dragon-shaped ancient street in east China—the ancient town Potan ; the Tongjiang Academy, where Zhu Xi, a Dali scholar in Song Dynasty, once sent his son to study;and the writing of the ancient Yue state in Spring and Autumn period, to name just a few.
Xianju is also the place where well-known idioms and allusions such as "When a man gets to the top, all his friends and relatives get there with him", "Seas change into mulberry fields and mulberry fields into seas" and "Praiseapersonbeforeeverybody" occur.
In addition to its profound cultural deposits, Xianju also has its aspect of」Bravery and fearlessness」. According to historical records,in the 40th year of emperor Jiaqing's reign (AD 1561) when Japanese pirates resurrected Taizhou, the national hero general Qi Jiguang wiped out the enemies and led the army to a great victory in here.
Today,under the guidance of the Chinese Communist Party, the Xianju county advocates a development path of sustainability and Eco-friendliness .Within its territory, there is a national level scenic spot "Immortal Residence" and 「 China’s most beautiful mother river 」Yong』an Creek. With a population of 510,000, Xianju is also the only pilot county for 「green development and reform" in Zhejiang Province.
Under the slogan of "Harmony & Cooperation", good people and good deeds have emerged in Xianju during the time of the Party construction , and there are a few of them.
Jin Yongqi, cousin of Martyr Jin Yonghong(the Chief of the Guerrilla Corps of the 13th Red Army). In the 1990s, Jin came out with the idea of "moving villages from high mountains"and led Xinluo Village through three times of entrepreneurship,making it a benchmark among the whole county.
Zhang Xinjian, the former leader of Taizhou Municipal Administration of State Affairs, now a rural work instructor and the first secretary of the village's general Party branch, is a good cadre. Earlier this year, he was retained by all the villagers in Jinzhuxi village for four times with their fingerprints on paper. In June 2019, he was received by General Secretary in the Great Hall of the People.
Xu Zibing, who’s willing to give up his business of a large supermarket in Kunming and returns to the Shangheng jie Village,making it a model of rural revitalization in Zhejiang province.Xu’s behavior was encouraged and recognized by Che Jun, then secretary of Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee.
Ying Wenbing,the Party branch secretary of Xianquan Village, Dazhan Township, is also a good example. During the days of Typhoon Lekima,the accumulated water in the village soared, and of the 8 villages, 6 had an average accumulated water depth of more than 2 meters and the deepest depth of more than 4 meters. Having no time to save the loss of his millions of yuan of machinery in the factory, Ying led the village cadres and party members to fully transfer the villagers, ensuring "zero casualties" and overcoming the dangerous situation and disaster.
Zhang Zipeng,a soldier in Hainan, born in Xianju county, was taking family leave at his home in Zhutangan Village, Hengxi Town during the Spring Festival. To fight against the sudden novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, he immediately pleaded with the village Party branch and volunteered to join the team that stuck to the village checkpoint.
I wrote the following poem to eulogize his behaviour under the title of "A on Vacation Soldier at Sentry Post of Xianju County」:
When the devil with the crown on his head attacked angrily,
the soldiers' eyes are a gathering of generals.
The soldiers' commands are for their villagers and relatives,
and the request to be on the battlefield is at the nod of the village secretary,
and the task is to distribute more than 1,000 masks
at their own expense.
At this moment, the pattern of camouflage uniforms
is the territory
of a republic that stands erect in the east of the world.
The wheat waves facing the fields of Zhu Tangan Village,
the ancient road to the summit of Immortal Residence;
the sound of water flowing to Yongan Creek,
The soldiers』 temperature measurement and Recording,
are charge after charge in the battlefield and checkpoint.
A soldier's "epidemic war"
is a sacred military salute,
in the name of his fellow villagers.
