6月29日晚，中宣部、國家稅務局等五大部門聯手針對「陰陽合同」偷逃稅一事發布通知：將嚴厲打擊娛樂圈天價片酬、偷稅漏稅和陰陽合同等群眾反映強烈的問題。

作為導演界的一面大旗，馮小剛的影視作品中經常融入許多生活氣息，並非接底氣而是一種存在的狀態。正是因為他高超的影射手法，讓他在中國的導演界坐擁一大片江山。
除了叫座的作品外，馮小剛身上最明顯的特質就是「嘴仗」一流，懟天懟地懟空氣，圈裡被他噴過的人數不勝數，電影、電視、文化、綜藝，「小鋼炮」馮導一旦開口何時輸過？
但唯獨一個人成了他的例外。
這人就是近日爆出娛樂圈操作暗箱「陰陽合同」把《手機2》推向浪潮的另一男主角崔永元。
面對崔永元接連不斷投來的輿論炮彈，馮小剛從始至終都選擇以沉默回應。以為「不看！不聽！不說！不想！」六耳清淨就能受之無上菩提，以不變應萬變就能度過這一關。

那麼在此事件中需要馮小剛來買單的是與崔永元的個人恩怨糾葛？還是人民群眾、電影文化、利益集團內鬥、又或者是隱含著的另一層關係——國家政治。
表面上看，馮小剛和崔永元的《手機》門中，傷害了一些重要人物。
理由……
馮導影片的風格調性眾所周知，《手機》裡嚴守一的角色含沙射影般將矛頭指向一位曾經央視的名主持，自然會讓觀眾對號入座，央視的主持人私生活如此混亂，人品如此渣滓，一盆髒水潑下去，多多少少都會濺到他身邊的人，央視甚至政府。
身處高位要懂得明哲保身，這樣淺顯的道理，馮小剛豈會不懂？
跳出事件本身講，《手機》一門看似是是崔馮之間的個人恩怨，實質卻是引出相關利益集團內爭的導火索。
無論小崔看清這場爭鬥與否，火都已燃著，風向且是朝著站在下風口的馮。
但真正把馮小剛推向狗頭鍘的，是不久前鬧的沸沸揚揚的《芳華》，僅上線幾個小時就被喊停。原因是涉及近年「國產電影」較少表現的對越自衛反擊戰、文工團、敏感時期等多個「敏感元素」，還揭露了參戰老兵落魄生活、好人沒好報，犧牲自己為大家，最後換來的卻是背叛，身體或心靈上永久的創傷，最後悽慘一生。
用《芳華》作者的一句話來說「那是一個操蛋的時代，是一個背叛的時代」。
它帶給中國人最大的殺傷力在於我們的國家在我受到傷害和不公時非但沒有給予我保護，還推波助瀾的補上一刀，國家不需要我去愛別人愛這個社會，也不需要我去做善事，即使行善也不會積德，不會得到好報，那為什麼還要自尋死路呢？
用這樣的基調去拍電影，我們能看到什麼？
第五代導演被禁的片子可不少，比如張藝謀的《活著》，姜文的《鬼子來了》，馮小剛自己的電視劇《一地雞毛》，還有田壯壯的《藍風箏》。前面提到第六代導演賈樟柯的《天註定》也是被禁。很多被禁的理由表面上是違規操作，實際大家都只是看到了表面。
很難想像，中國電影的審查制度能容忍上述畫面出現在普羅大眾的視野中。但事實上，馮小剛已經拿到了「龍標」，雖被迫下線，最後卻也是靠著背後強大團隊的操縱，一幀未減的重新拉到大熒幕上，更是獲得外媒宣傳的加持，票房一路飆升。
為什麼馮小剛能得到外媒的支持推廣？
如果說馮小剛拍出這麼一部攜帶各種與中國政治價值觀相悖的影片，擴散給國民，那他的意圖又是什麼呢？
馮小剛作為一個導演，接單，拍片，他並不會深入了解這裡面涉及到的國家之間的文化戰爭。或許在戲劇、電影藝術中他是個很厲害的角色，但在國際政治鬥爭中他最多是以美國對付中國的一個打手角色出演。而協助打手完成工作的《芳華》編劇嚴歌苓在這部美國對中國的文化戰裡擔任的卻是製造武器的技術人員。
影片或是劇，核心都在於劇本所想要表達傳播的內容上，編劇是內容核心的操縱者，筆下的故事也自然來源於內心所想要向觀眾傳達的思想。
嚴歌苓一位美籍華人作家，好萊塢的專業編劇，丈夫是美國政府的外交官，結合《芳華》在國內的上映效果，不得不讓人懷疑美國已經開始大舉把文化戰的目標轉向了中國境內的影視行業。
冷戰時期「奧斯卡金像獎」便擔任了美國文化戰中最隱蔽、影響力又大的戰略工具。
為什麼這樣說？
首先，「奧斯卡」本就是美國猶太資本家背後支持的一項表彰電影業成就的年度獎項。
其次，每年「奧斯卡」獲獎者大都是西方的導演或演員，他們有一個共同點，都對美國的文化、經濟或政治有益，對美國的敵對國或民族有害。
怎樣才能獲得小金人呢？宣揚美國啊！
中國人獲得「奧斯卡」獎屈指可數，但臺灣導演李安算是個例外，他先後獲得過七次奧斯卡金像獎。有人認為：李安太過幸運，能每次都在佳作雲集的奧斯卡頒獎典禮中脫穎而出。
有人認為：李安就是天生的才子啊，才子散發的光芒是不會被遮掩住的，他的作品自然也會得到大家的喜愛。有人認為：是美國太偏愛李安，所以他才那麼幸運。
感興趣者可以去了解一下，李安曾留學美國，並與美國三大經紀公司之一的威廉籤約。除此，獲得奧斯卡獎項的外國人們都和李安一樣以西方文化宗教為信仰，以致作品的思想內容裡都是按照美國人的意識、心態跟文化去匹配。
所以，以李安為代表的獲獎者，他們幸運、有才，在受美國偏愛的同時又何嘗不是一直在受美國利用？
其它如張藝謀的《菊豆》為代表的作品，傳達的皆是些國民難以去想像接受的主題，或者是對社會體系、政治制度抨擊的「落後民族」、「負面國家」思想傳達。
槍打出頭鳥，雪壓獨枝梅，美方施行文化戰爭也並非臨時起意。
中國在國際上的地位日趨高漲，越過第三佔據第二直逼老大美國，這讓一直統一世界強權霸利的美國深受威脅，所以利用各種手段來絞殺中國的發展能力，控制發展速度自然成為他們的必要手段。
表面上中美雙方和平相處，創建平等的交流環境，促進兩國間文化政治友好發展。與此同時，釣魚島事件、韓國薩德部署、南海軍事演習、臺灣涉美法案籤發，美國總統川普開出由500億美元增加到4500億美元的對華貿易關稅等諸如此類的事件也都在陸續發生。
奇怪嗎？
不，這些只是美國用來對付中國的手段中最微不足道的一小部分，只能稱得上是美國慣用的小伎倆、障眼法。
美國在有計劃地搞垮前蘇聯後，按照已定製好的方案侵略伊拉克、阿富汗、利比亞及敘利亞，然後又有步驟地對華展開諸如領土爭端、歷史問題、經濟摩擦、外匯金融等圍剿，其最為隱蔽的戰線是文化戰！利用加入美國籍，已忘記祖宗的人渣所謂華人，成立了1000多個所謂的「國學文化研究團體」專門製造針對中國的新型精神文化「毒品」。來不斷放大中國政府缺點和問題，把歷史遺留問題和世界共性的缺點慢慢地引向執政的中國共產黨。
這一切看似恰逢時機，其實已經通過非常精細的算計布局和運作，蘇聯解體、中東亂象之後，以同樣的招數用在不同的國家上，目前最佳對象無疑是中國。
英國一家知名智庫最近研究發現，美國對中國的封鎖和絞殺發生了戲曲般的變化，友好往來、鬥而不破竟然有十年之久，非常奇怪的是兩個敵對大國在這十年裡沒有再出現轟炸中國駐南聯盟大使館、南海飛機相撞的明顯對抗事件，和和氣氣相處了十幾年。
追溯原因，美國在15年前就開展了針對紅色中國「新療法」——文化精神摧殘戰，簡稱文化戰。計劃用25～30年徹底推翻中共執政，並把中國分裂為6至8個由美國控制的國家。
欲善其事，必利其器，美國組織職業寫手每日編纂著成千上萬的文章和段子，通過美資背景控制的這些網絡平臺以及精心打造的導師、偶像和大V在中國社會廣泛傳播。每一篇文章看似「問題不大」，但是如果把這些文章集中起來看，就會發現它們正日夜侵蝕著中國人的民族自信心。
滅偶像，換祖宗，滅自尊，反智識，唱衰你，亡其史，汙政府，散鴉片。成千上萬的精心打造的橋段，幽默風趣，引經據典，娓娓道來。
當它們結為一體後，就構成了可怕的精神毒品。
美國實施文化戰的本真目的就是，要在中國民心沒有徹底開明的時候，利用輿論將中國人的人生觀、價值觀甚至是世界觀重新打亂。
文化思想體系混亂，中國人民找不到中心感、歸屬感，像一盤散沙羅列在各個角落，這才是美國最終的心願。
如若計劃達成，美國在後續對中國進行各項攻擊的時候就會變得勢如破竹。一個民心不穩，不能眾向歸一的國家，在遇到外圍侵犯時，就如同摧枯拉朽之勢，一發不可收拾。
在文化戰高於經濟戰、軍事戰的謀略下，一個人、一個政黨、一個民族、一個國家，如果有人不停地、系統地指責、批評、唱衰，這是很容易摧毀人民自信的一種心理戰術。美國推動的這種文化白蟻式進攻，正在摧毀中國人的國家自信、道路自信、制度自信、民族自信、文化自信、政治自信，甚至是個人互信。
最可怕的是，這種戰術模式，迎合了中國社會的精英階層對這個國家愛之深責之切的心情，讓他們最先上癮、上癮最深，欲罷不能，甚至習慣於用這種口吻說話，用這樣的視角思考，用這樣的方式參與新的創作。
現階段美國對中國的文化戰正處於一種加緊進攻的時期，作為影視文化創作領域的從業者一定要小心提防，不要讓自己步了馮小剛的後塵，淪為國際文化戰爭中的炮灰。
當然，中國政府也不會坐以待斃：
自2018年7月1日起，外籍華人回國入境需留指紋，如若還保留著國籍需在出境之前註銷中國戶籍和護照。中國政府這一舉動輕描淡寫間就向美國表明了自己的態度。
中國正在效仿美國的文化戰策略，清理打手的同時，利用自身的傳統文化價值扶持國內的項目，增強中國的國際軟實力。同時無聲無息地將美國白蟻式戰術邏輯擺到陽光下曝曬消毒，將這場文化硝煙的主導權緊握手中。
