日本知名傳動• 輸送帶製造商——NITTA（霓達），今年迎來其成立135 周年。NITTA 起源於大阪新田製革所，作為一家百年企業，進入中國市場也快有20 年的時間了，在上海、廣州、常州等地建立了多家子公司及工廠。適逢山本秀明於2019 年12 月正式擔任霓達（上海）企業管理有限公司的副總經理兼傳動營業部部長，我們對山本副總經理進行了獨家訪問，一起談談NITTA 在當前環境下，對中國及全球市場發展的願景及看法。
2020 is the 135th anniversary for NITTA,the well-known Transmission and Conveyor Belt manufacturer in Japan. As acentury-old enterprise, the founder Chojiro Nitta established the enterprise ofleather products in Osaka in 1885. It has been entering the Chinese market fornearly 20 years, which has established a number of subsidiaries and factoriesin Shanghai, Guangzhou, Changzhou and other cities. Hideki Yamamoto served asthe Deputy General Manager of NITTA (Shanghai) Enterprise Management Co., Ltd.and the Head of the Transmission and Conveyor Business Department in December2019. We had an exclusive visit to him and talk about his vision and views onthe development of China and global market in current situation .

Previously, thenews of Keshenglong's wholly-owned acquisition of Japan Shinko Co., Ltd. causeda lot of shock in paper packaging industry. After the acquisition of JapanShinko, Keshenglong has developed rapidly. Inmy last article, I spent time reviewing the subject of safety and theimportance of having a proven safety programme. I discussed specific points andobservations with which I have been personally involved in as I have travelledand worked in plants around the world. I have been fortunate to have had theopportunity to experience many different ways of doing the same thing in bothlarge integrated companies as well as smaller independent, privately-owned boxand sheet plants. It was always interesting to experience box plants wherethere was little or no regard for employee safety to the other extreme wheresafety was the number one priority, as it should be.
