Thismonth, I want to focus on a different topic and that is plant safety. Themajority of box plants, both large and small, are aware of safety practicesincluding safe operating procedures. Most companies take safety very seriously.They generally are all strict and have firm disciplinary actions in place. Mosttimes, the instructions are clear and machine specific. Also, these rules applyto every employee in the plant from the general manager to the newest person inthe building. There can be no exceptions.
