Hello，大家好，我是娜塔莉。
上一節，我們的繪本講的是 寵物店 pet shop 的故事。
今天，繪本的題目是：「What a mess！」 一團糟
mess 是 「雜亂的，不整潔」 的意思
What a mess！就是 「一團糟！太亂了！」
這是個感嘆句！
看到這樣的房間，我們可以怎麼說呢？
是的，What a mess！
我們來看下封面
Look,
Each of them is carrying something.
他們每個人的手上都拿著一些東西。
Mum is carrying a dress 連衣裙.
Chip is carrying a scarf 圍巾.
Kipper is carrying a card 卡片.
Biff is carrying a lorry 卡車.
Dad is carrying a jar 大罐子.
They're going to somewhere.
他們好像要去哪裡。
牆上有個大大的箭頭，上面寫著：
to the show
Oh, they're going to the show.
show 是 「表演」 的意思
原來，他們是去參加個人才藝秀了。
Can you see any mess on the cover？
封面上，有沒有看到一團糟啊？
No. 似乎沒有。
那麼究竟是什麼讓他們一團糟呢？
Let's take a look.

Mum made a dress.
媽媽做了一條連衣裙。
What was Mum doing？
Mum was making a dress.
媽媽在做連衣裙。
Look at the dress.
It's beautiful. I like it.
Mum，Good job！
And what can you see on the table?
讓我們看看媽媽面前的桌子上, 有什麼呢？
There is a sewing machine.
有一臺縫紉機 sewing machine。
Anything else？
還有別的什麼嗎?
There are some needles 針 and threads 線
and some waste of clothe too.
還有一些針線和碎布。
Ok，next page
Dad made some jam.
爸爸做了一些果醬。
So，What was Dad doing？
Dad was pouring some jam into the jar.
爸爸正在在把做好的 jam 倒進罐子了。
Look，there are so many jars.
12345, there are 5 jars.
Dad made a lot of jam.
爸爸做了很多的果醬，
He poured it here and there.
他把果醬倒的到處都是。
What a mess！
What kind of jam it is？
爸爸是用什麼水果做的果醬呢？
I see Strawberries here.
我看到這兒有好幾顆草莓
It is Strawberry jam.
好了，我們翻到下一頁

Chip made a scarf.
Chip 做了一條圍巾
Biff made a lorry.
Biff 做了一輛卡車。
Chip 好厲害，居然織了一條那麼漂亮的圍巾。
What colour is it？
它是什麼顏色的？
It's blue and red and grean.
它是 藍色、紅色、綠色的。
So beautiful！
Biff is busy with making her lorry
with a big box and some wheels.
Biff 正在用一個 big box 和 some wheels 一些輪子
製作她的卡車呢。
Turn to Page 6.
Look，What is kipper doing？
Kipper is making a card.
Kipper made a birthday card.
Kipper 做了一張生日卡片。
There are many crayons and paints
and a glue on the table.
桌子上又許多 crayons 蠟筆，paints 顏料
和 glue 膠水。
What a mess!
現在，我們翻到最後一頁。
透過廚房的窗戶，我們看到 Kipper 一家的身影，
他們帶著作品，去參加個人才藝秀了。
我們再看一看現在的廚房，變得怎麼樣啦？
我們一起來說：What a mess！
Who made a mess？
這些垃圾是誰製造的呢？
Everyone 每個人。
所以在繪本的最後，寫著：
Everyone made a mess.
每個人都弄得一團糟。
I think they need our help.
我覺得他們需要我們的幫助。
Help them to tidy up the kitchen.
幫助他們整理廚房。
tidy up 整理、收拾。
小朋友們，現在你們可以去自己的房間看看，
是不是也需要 tidy up 了？
