我們平時看到的很多美劇大部分是被字幕組壓制過的視頻，即字幕與視頻內容合在一起無法提取。但是還有一些mkv視頻，裡面的視頻、音頻、字幕等內容在不同的軌道上，可以進行提取。這些內容提取後我們可以用於平時聽力的訓練，字幕可以用於學習口語和聽力的文字材料。因此，我搜索了下如何提取音頻和字幕的方法。
方法1 MKVToolnix + gMKVExtractGUIMKVToolnix 是一套功能強大的MKV格式製作和處理的工具，支持將多種視頻、音頻、字幕等格式封裝成MKV格式。gMKVExtractGUI 是在mkvtoolnix上開發的，其實它只是給mkvtoolnix中的一個組件加了個圖形界面。

兩個軟體下載protable版，然後把gMKVExtractGUI解壓的文件全部放入MKVToolnix文件夾下即可。
gMKVExtractGUI界面如下，Track 2 是音頻，Track 3-7是字幕，選擇你想提取的 Track 後點擊 Extract 即可。
此時得到的字幕文件是ass文件，裡面可能包含很多代碼，此時可以使用工具將其轉換為srt格式後變為簡單的格式。
方法2 人人譯視界工具人人譯視界是人人影視自己開發的字幕製作工具，功能非常強大，甚至整合了AI聽譯功能（收費）。其主要界面如下。小工具界面其功能基本能完美替代方法1，因此是更為推薦的方法。該軟體免費使用，去人人影視官網註冊，下載。

需要提取音頻和字幕使用小工具中的視頻抽取功能
打開之後選擇需要抽取的視頻文件，然後在媒體流裡勾選需要提取的音頻和字幕即可。
音頻轉換上述方法轉換的出來的音頻文件可能不是MP3格式，例如ac3, acc, dts等等。此時需要藉助強大的 ffmpeg 進行轉換。我採用windows系統內置的ubuntu系統安裝 ffmpeg，然後轉換音頻。首先安裝
sudo apt install ffmpeg然後轉換ac3到mp3格式
