很多時候找到學習資源一點都不難，
難的是有志同道合的同伴一起努力。
最近一檔綜藝節目突然霸佔話題 C 位：《乘風破浪的姐姐》。
A new talent show that focuses on the creation of a Chinese "girl" group has been generating a huge buzz on social media platforms.
跟以往火爆的選秀節目不同，這一次女團練習生們不再是新人，而是已經在演藝圈有過一定成績，甚至具備導師資格的女明星們：上至50+的寧靜、伊能靜、鍾麗緹，下至30+的張雨綺、黃聖依……她們在節目中被稱為「姐姐」。
It’s different from other TV talent programs in that the contestants are not new to the entertainment industry, rather they are female celebrities who have already had some success in the business. For example, the show features Ning Jing, Yi Nengjing and Zhong Liti, who are around fifty years old, and Zhang Yuqi and Huang Shengyi, who are over thirty years old. They are called "big sisters" in the program.
悅學菌覺得，這檔節目會火，一點也不稀奇。因為近幾年，「獨立女性」越來越成為社會關注的焦點，30+、40+、50+的女性仍然可以自我突破、展現個人魅力。
I’m not surprised at all by how popular this show has become. Female independence is now a hot topic and more people think that ladies over thirty, forty and even fifty can still find ways to have success, and show their charm.
最大的看點在哪裡？
「30位姐姐逆齡集結，以女團的名義，去徵服，所有不服；去拒籤，所有標籤；艱苦訓練、殘酷競演，乘風蛻變、破齡成團。」
"Thirty sisters gather together to overcome all grudges… and labels. They will undergo gruelling training to show their best selves on stage. By rising to intense competition and challenges, they will transform themselves… to form a band.」
今天就蹭一下這檔節目的熱度，不聊明星八卦，一起學習相關的幾個英語翻譯吧。
這句話可謂中西結合，非常巧妙，前兩句來自莎士比亞喜劇《暴風雨》裡的名句，後兩句來自李白的《行路難》。
「一切過往，皆為序章」的原文是：
What's past is prologue.
這句話的含義是：凡是過去的，不管好壞，都不要再惦記，要坦然地迎接未來。
李白《行路難》的原句是：
行路難，行路難。
多歧路，今安在？
長風破浪會有時,
直掛雲帆濟滄海。
下面的譯文來自許淵衝：
Hard is the way, hard is the way.
Don't go astray! Whither today.
A time will come to ride the wind and cleave the waves,
I'll set my cloud-like sail to cross the sea which raves.
這兩句詩的意思是說，儘管現在前方困難重重，但是早晚有一天我會乘風破浪，到達理想中的彼岸！
「三十而驪、青春歸位」是節目的宣傳口號，再一次膜拜芒果臺的文案功力。
「三十而立」是孔子提出的，指一個人到了三十歲時，要有所成就。

而「三十而驪」很明顯是為女性訂製的，「驪」和「立」諧音，原義指「黑色的馬」，這裡比喻30+的女性仍然可以像駿馬一樣奔騰向前。
寫到這裡，悅學菌突然想到，就用薩繆爾·烏爾曼的經典散文《Youth》裡面第一句話作為本文的收尾吧：
Youth is not a time of life. It is a state of mind.
青春不是一段年華，而是一份心境。
