曾經和沈夢辰在去年一檔綜藝《口紅王子》中的花絮，被人翻了出來。
在花絮中，沈夢辰先提到海濤和自己交往時，就經常提著其他明星後援會送的禮物去自己家，送給她爸媽獻殷勤。
有時候，禮物都還貼著後援會標記的。
這時，何炅插話調侃到：
「各位後援團的小朋友，你們買那個不乾膠，不要買那麼死的，撕不下來，只能自己用。」
他表示：「我現在已經有二十多個保溫杯了，還有我真的沒有那麼愛寫字，那五十多支筆，我也不知道該怎麼辦。」
何老師呼籲粉絲不要再送禮物了，他真的用不到。
但話音一轉，他就誇起了彭昱暢粉絲送他的按摩椅。
這份禮物「實在是太好用了」，於是搬到了湖南臺的化妝間，讓大家一起用。
儘管何老師這段話的本意，是想提倡粉絲送禮不要浪費，但是落在粉絲耳裡，豈不是有變相表達喜好的意思？
