當然,中華美食的盛名並不是本君吹出來的。憑藉色香味俱全的硬功夫,歪果仁也早就對中華美食垂涎欲滴了。別誤會,本君說的可不是「左宗棠雞」和「李鴻章雜碎」神馬的,下面這些正宗中餐才是老外們最想吃的~那麼這些最應該火到國外的特色菜餚,怎麼用英文說得讓人淌口水呢?(溫馨提示:一大波美食正在靠近,請別把口水滴在手機上。)
北京烤鴨 Peking duck
烤鴨已經成為了北京地方美食的一個代表,烤鴨肉質鮮美,鴨皮輕薄脆口。將鴨肉和蘸著甜麵醬的黃瓜條、蔥絲卷在薄餅裡,咬下去那叫一個爽!

過橋米線是雲南美食的一大特色,而這道菜餚還有一個美麗的傳說。相傳,清朝時滇南蒙自市城外有一湖心小島,一個秀才為了專心讀書就搬到了島上。他的妻子每天去送飯,發現他經常是廢寢忘食,飯菜都涼了還沒吃。妻子焦慮心疼,於是用砂鍋燉了雞湯給他送去,並意外發現了砂鍋的保溫作用。後來,她想到了一種新吃法,將米線、蔬菜、肉片放在熱雞湯中燙熟,趁熱給丈夫食用。由於從秀才家到湖心亭要經過一座小橋,大家就把這種美食稱為「過橋米線」。
