隨意的結尾,普通朋友就可以用,更像是團隊之間,大家說「加油」。如果你想跟同事親密點也可以用這個結尾,不過對方可能會覺得你不專業。

『Thanks' is very casual and 'Thank You' is formal. Usually used in a business setting. 'Thank You' is a great way to end an email to a stranger, especially if you are making a request or asking a question.
Thanks比較隨意,thank you比較正式,因此Thank you多用於商業郵件,或者是給陌生人發的郵件
Yours or Yours Truly or Truly
Casual or Business casual. A more personal, but still polite way to end the letter. You've probably met the recipient in real life.

隨意、正式都可以,可以算是最安全的結尾。推薦信,辭職信,其他正式文書等,如果你不知道用哪個結尾好,用」Sincerely」就沒錯了。

Business casual or formal. You would use this if the recipient is someone you haven't met in real life.

Formal. Used in business correspondence when the topic ofthe letter is serious. Sometimes used if there is a conflict between the sender and the recipient.
非常正式,多用於非常凝重的話題,或者發件人和收件人之間存在紛爭
在英文書信中,選好結尾時非常重要的。如果大家在討論凝重的內容,太隨意的結尾會顯得格格不入,反之亦然。
以前有位同學給一位40多歲的男教授回信的時候結尾寫著Love,結果沒想到教授是個同性戀,接下的事情就自行想像一下...
