咖喱是由多種香料調配而成的一種醬料。咖喱的種類很多,以國家來分,其源地就有印度、斯裡蘭卡、泰國、新加坡、馬來西亞等;以顏色來分,有棕、紅、青、黃、白之別,根據配料細節上的不同來區分種類口味的咖喱大約有十多種之多。
泰式綠咖喱,故名思意就是綠色的咖喱,所用的各種天然植物香料少則七八種,多則數十種。綠咖喱的顏色看上去就令人清新愉悅,再配上新鮮的雞肉一起燉煮,頃刻間就能吃掉一碗米飯!不僅可以搭配雞肉,豬肉、牛肉,甚至蔬菜,都可以是很美味的組合。
The name "green" curry derives from the color of the dish, which comes from green chillies. The "sweet" in the Thai name (wan means "sweet") refers to the particular color green itself and not to the taste of the curry.As this is a Thai Curry based on coconut milk and fresh green chillies, the color comes out creamy mild green or, as this color is called in Thai, "sweet green". Its ingredients are not exactly fixed. The curry is not necessarily sweeter than other Thai curries.

Mango sticky rice is a Thai dessert made with glutinous rice, fresh mango and coconut milk. It is a traditional Thai food eaten with fork, spoon, or sometimes the hands. It is prepared with glutinous rice, commonly called sticky rice. Mango sticky rice is a popular dish in everywhere. The common ingredients used are sticky rice (glutinous rice), coconut milk, salt, palm sugar and mangoes.

阿泰來自泰國,在中國生活了十年的時間,酷愛廚藝的他實際是一名建築設計師。多才多藝的他還為孩子們創作過漫畫。他將設計和美食結合,在他的廚藝中不僅能夠品嘗到來自泰國的正宗美味,還能感受到他的創作和匠心。讓我們一起來和阿泰學習美食的藝術吧!
A tai working in China as an architect for 10 years. He grew up with a Thai style cookeded infuence and continued to cook as a hobby. He has been spending years perfecting his cooking skills as private chef. He can work as architect and turn to be a chef during his spare time. For him, that is the greatest satifaction of all.
