每日一句英譯英：You're a hot potato
我認為我的英語是一種訓練，而不是一種「教」，甚至是「交」英語：直接把答案「交」給你就算。
大家在做訓練的時候，最好在「看」答案之前，先給自己一個用「英語思維」的鍛鍊：What is a hot potato? What English do I know to talk about it? 養成用英語「搜索」是否有哪些學過的英語可以表達hot potato的習慣：Is hot potato a trouble ? something that everybody to tries to avoid? Is it something we dislike? 看看你的用詞跟人家區別何在，等等「思考」的機會。
你能不能通過思考What is potato給自己一個「說英語想英語」的鍛鍊的機會呀？然後，把「自己的英語」跟「別人的英語」(答案)比對，看看人家是怎麼用詞表達的不好嗎？難道就知道直接「衝中文意思而去」？
這就是「訓練」：只有先經過自己「思考」的英語，它才會真正「入腦」，甚至永遠不忘。十年八年如此訓練下去，「不忘」，不就起到了學英語不會忘的作用了嗎？

1.A hot potato means a subject or problem that no one wants to deal with, because it is difficult to deal with and it might make people angry.
2. If you say something,or a problem=an issue=a subject is a hot potato, you mean it is very difficult to deal with,or nobody wants to handle it=to deal with it.
3.A hot potato is a difficult problem,a controversial issue=it causes a lot of arguments=disagreements,and is hard to handle.

1. A hot potato means something is a difficult problem,a difficult issue,a difficult subject,like your pay rise,like gun control,like your girl friend.Nobody wants to deal with it.It might get people angry.
