Indians are the people who actually feel proud of its culture, everyone does.

But when you have the culture million-year-old (according to sacred texts) then you feel more than proud, we are the emotional people, when a guy from India becomes the CEO or Google then the entire country fill with joy,

But the story is somehow different, Not we all Indians hate China, yes we feel bad when there is a border tension, but we understand that this is only Geopolitical movement, and Chinese people not hate us.

We don’t really hate the Chinese, ask an Indian villager living in abject poverty in the interior of India and you will hear that they don’t care about any country but having a better lifestyle for themselves and their family similarly is the case in most Indian cities, Indians are just too busy with life trying to get better earnings and developing their country.

On my last visit to India I barely heard of anyone talking about China for the average Indian they just don’t care and are just busy with their lives, what you see on the internet are just trolls trying to incite words wars between Indians and Chinese.

There are a lot of Indians who have very advanced knowledge on China’s government and military, people like me know that the PLA is actually quite admired and loved in China for their disaster relief and other such works and we also know that Chinese are not like Westerners in that they want war all the time, we know that Chinese are not interested in war but only keen on making their economy better as such any time China is in a war it is due to China wanting to protect its territory or nation’s interests.

Most of us who are highly educated on China know that China does not want to be compared to poorer and less advanced country than they but they want to be compared to the best of the best.

In the end most of the 「hate」 you see is due to sheer ignorance from Indian media brainwashing or just trolls.

We don't hate China. Some hyper nationalists do but they are not the majority. There is no people to people enmity between India and China, the same cannot be said for India and Pakistan.

India and China cooperate on more levels than they fight on. Most of the hate is generated by a biased Indian media, to justify large foreign military arms contracts.

There is some discontent with the Chinese government due to territorial disputes. But at the same time, they recognize that China could annex arunachal anytime they want, due to their military superiority but haven't. Anti-China sentiments spiral when there is border stand off in arunachal or ladakh or when China blocks India's nsg bids or supplies high end weapons to Pakistan but when things cool down, the Anti-China sentiments fizzle out too.

Indians by and large respect how China has grown into a modern economic super power. A little less bullying would do China's image a world of good.

In my opinion, Indians do not hate Chinese people. Indians hate the aggressive posture adopted by the Chinese gove-ent. Also PLA continuously engages in war of words and issues threats against Indian interests. China has also blocked various Indian proposals in UNSC, to designate Pakistan based terrorists, as international criminals. That is leading to discontent in India.

 Chinese netizens and quorans, please visit India and try to understand Indian culture. Meet Indian people and understand India’s foreign policy goals for peaceful coexistence. Without India’s support, PRC would have never got the permanent position at UNSC.

First of all, many Indians don't hate China. Most Indians don't care.

Britain is the only country that many Indians hate, for obvious reasons.

USA comes distant next due to their big brother immoral attitude in certain instances.

Srilanka comes next due to their mass genocide of Tamils and frequent killing of Indian fishermen.

China comes very distant fourth. Only reason is their support to Pakistan and Srilanka. The conflict in the 60s are not the reason as some answers proclaim.

I am grateful to china that they made use of scale to produce things cheaply (Durability is another matter) for the world. If Europe and US were still primary manufacturers of the world, average standard of living in developing countries will be much lower.

It is imperative that eventually India-China-Usa are going to be each others biggest trading partners. Any hate feelings or greedy misdeeds will only reduce the resources of the future big three.

i dont hate china or most Chinese people,i have many Chinese friends and compatriots, but i do hate Chinese racists, nationalists, and India-hating idiots both here on qoura and elsewhere, i read some of their answers and i gotta tell you the nerve some of them have, really pisses me off the insecurity and hypocrisy of some of the answers i have seen.
