《讓雞蛋立起來》
The eggs stand up
過程:
1.先嘗試一下把雞蛋立起來,但是發現雞蛋並不是那麼容易立起來,很容易倒。
2.在桌子上放一張白紙,然後往桌子上撒上一些鹽。
3.將雞蛋比較大的一端放在鹽粒上,慢慢調節雞蛋站立的位置,你會驚奇地發現雞蛋居然站起來了。
原因:雞蛋站立不倒是因為受力平衡,物體的重心和支撐點在同一條直線上就會保持平衡,鹽粒的作用是增大雞蛋的受力面積,讓雞蛋的重心落在支撐面上。所以雞蛋就立起來了。
Experimental steps:
1. Try to stand the eggs first, as you can see that the eggs are not easy to stand and fall easily.
2. Put a piece of white paper on the table and sprinkle some salt on the table.
3. Place the larger contact surface of the egg the on the salt, and slowly adjust the egg to make it stand. You will be surprised to find that the egg actually stands up.
Reason: The egg can stand is because the force is balanced. Once the center of gravity of the egg and the egg's support point remain balanced if they stays in the straight line. The role of the salt grain is to increase the area of the egg's force and once the center of gravity of the egg falls on the support surface, the egg can stand up.
