比喻、擬人，都屬於literary device-修辭手法。
(1) Metaphor 比喻
Your sister is an angel.
你的妹妹像個天使。
The room was a pig sty so I spent this weekend cleaning it.

(2) Personification 擬人
The leaves whispered as the wind blew through the trees.

The kettle screamed to let us know the water was ready.
