《軍隊監察工作條例（試行）》自2020年2月1日起施行。《條例》著力構建統一領導、權威高效、全面覆蓋的軍隊監察體制。The trial regulation on military supervision work, which took effect on Feb 1, was introduced to establish an authoritative and efficient military supervision system with complete coverage under a unified command.

【知識點】《軍隊監察工作條例（試行）》共10章62條，涵蓋監察委員會設置、監察範圍和管轄、監督、調查、處置、監察工作協作配合、對監察委員會和監察人員的監督等各個方面。《條例》強調，軍隊監察工作必須堅持戰鬥力標準，服務備戰打仗；堅持以事實為依據，以法律為準繩；堅持權責統一、失責必究；堅持懲前毖後、治病救人，抓早抓小、防微杜漸；堅持標本兼治、綜合治理，構建不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐的長效機制。《條例》規定，軍隊各級監察委員會是行使監察職能的專責機關，依法履行監督、調查、處置職責。監察委員會在本級黨的委員會和上級監察委員會領導下開展監察工作。《條例》明確，監察委員會應當健全內控機制，嚴格對監察人員的教育管理，強化自我監督，建設忠誠、乾淨、擔當的監察隊伍。
