5月5日, 最炫的音樂、舞蹈、美食、娛樂,盡在SSTH瑞士旅遊酒店管理學院
美食節是SSTH一年一度的大型學生活動,對外開放售票,美食節的預算籌備、宣傳推廣、現場烹飪服務、財務總結等等全部由學生自己動手,本屆美食節領導團隊由二年級學生組成。
自2017年開始,SSTH在傳統的美食節基礎上增加了現場舞臺表演,邀請瑞士當地的明星/樂隊出席。本屆美食節現場演出會分為兩個舞臺進行,以下瑞士明星/樂隊將出席:
The 2nd Trail (Freddy Scherer, guitarist Gotthard, Stmpf, Ex QL, as seen on the show 「Kampf der Chre」), Lou presents Klangstark Friends (Gimma, Hedgehog, Sandro Dietrich, Giganto & Mattiu, Snook & Rezia, Liricas Analas & other special guests), Eric St Michaels, Okto Vulgaris and The Melodic Eggs

本屆SSTH美食節將集中八個領域的美食:
Switzerland
Calf's milk and salmon carpaccio from the Grisons can be tasted at the stands from Graubünden and Ticino.
Lebanon
Firas el-Borji, head chef of the Sharq Oriental Restaurant at Bürgenstock Resort, will be in Passugg to prepare his famous 『bright humus』.
Japan
For Japan, the renowned sushi chef from Ecole htelière de Lausanne (EHL) is once again on duty to prepare exceptional sushi delicacies.
China
The chef of the Romantikhotel Alpina in Tschiertschen has created a special Chinese noodle dish for China.
Mexico
At the Mexico stand, vegetarian quesadillas zacatecas with cheese, jalapenos and coriander, served with a tomato salsa can be tasted.
Sri Lanka
At the stand of Sri Lanka the visitors will be spoiled with Egg Hoppers with shrimps.
North America
At the North American booth there will of course be Pulled Pork Burgers and Baked Potatos.
Desserts
The patisserie chef of the SSTH, Lars Hellenbrand, will once again set up a stunning dessert buffet with macarons, lemon tart with flamed meringue and fruit cones, roasted marshmallows, lollipops with freeze-dried raspberries and passion fruit, cake pops coconut sago with strawberry and rhubarb (vegan) and two types of Glatsch balnot ice cream.
美食亮點:EHL洛桑酒店管理學院著名壽司大廚將負責日本展臺, Bürgenstock Resort酒店Sharq Oriental餐廳主廚 Firas Borji 將帶來他的看家菜餚"bright humus」。
