Recent projects & plans?

1. Specific disorders series

Basically, we're going to start exploring common psychological disorders in depth, with each disorder in its own mini-series. Here are a few examples:

2. A guide to self-love

In this mini-series, we would touch on topics like dealing with body image issues, regulating negative emotions, addiction, imposter syndrome, self-deprecation, etc. Just your basic guide to self-love and mental well-being 101.

3. A guide to mindfulness

With this series, we hope to clear any misconceptions surrounding mindfulness and introduce it in a way high schoolers could easily understand and apply to their everyday lives.

4. The Sanctuary

The Sanctuary is a platform where readers can submit their thoughts anonymously and receive advice from members of SDLFpsyche. This is an alternative to our survivor's narratives for those that wish to send in shorter submissions. We hope to provide our readers with a safe place to communicate with others on the topic of mental health.

5. Short comics!

With these original short comics, we hope to convey the importance of mental wellbeing and self-love. Will be featured on our other platforms as well.
