聖誕節（Christmas）亦稱耶穌聖誕節、主降生節，天主教亦稱耶穌聖誕瞻禮。譯名為「基督彌撒」，它源自古羅馬人迎接新年的農神節，與基督教本無關係。在基督教盛行羅馬帝國後，教廷隨波逐流地將這種民俗節日納入基督教體系。

1.聖誕晚會：聖誕晚會是聖誕節必不可少的項目，有家庭式的、朋友式的、情人式的，舉辦聖誕party往往能夠加深友情、親情和愛情。在聖誕晚會上，人們戴著聖誕帽，唱著聖誕歌訴說著聖誕願望。
2.聖誕大餐：聖誕大餐一般在聖誕節的晚上舉行，主要為家人團聚，一般不邀請客人參加，聖誕大餐的食品主要有烤火雞、布丁和碎肉餡餅等。
3.聖誕帽：一頂紅色的帽子，據說戴上晚上會睡得特別安穩，第二天會發現裝滿帽子的聖誕禮物。
4.聖誕襪：聖誕襪是一雙紅色的大襪子，用來裝禮物的，因而是小朋友們的最愛，晚上小朋友們會把聖誕襪掛在床邊，等待第二天早上收禮的驚喜。
5.聖誕卡：聖誕卡是祝賀聖誕及新年的賀卡，上面印著關於耶穌降生故事的圖畫，以及慶賀聖誕新年的話語。
