1 SCOPE

This standard specifies the evaluation methods and targets for the fuel consumption of vehicle type and the corporate average fuel consumption of passenger cars.

This standard applies to all Category M1 vehicles with a maximum design total mass not exceeding 3,500kg, including gasoline or diesel fuelled vehicles, battery electric vehicles, fuel cell vehicles, plug-in hybrid electric vehicles and gaseous fuel vehicles.

This standard doesn’t apply to the vehicles that are fuelled with alcohol ether fuels only.

3 TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

For the purpose of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.

4 車型燃料消耗量評價方法及指標

4.1車型燃料消耗量的確定

4.1.1對汽油、柴油、兩用燃料及雙燃料乘用車，應按GB/T 19233確定車型燃料消耗量。

4.1.2對壓縮天然氣乘用車，應按照GB/T 29125在底盤測功機上模擬城市、市郊和綜合循環燃料消耗量試驗，確定氣體燃料消耗M,並按照GB/T 19233的碳平衡法折箅為汽油燃料消耗量。

4.1.3對液化天然氣、液化石油氣乘用車，應按照GB/T 29125在底盤測功機上模擬城市、市郊和綜合 循環燃料消耗M試驗，確定氣體燃料消耗M.並按照GB/T 19233的碳T衡法折箅為汽油燃料消耗M。

4.1.4對插電式及非插電式混合動力乘用車，應按照GB/T 19753確定車型燃料消耗M及電能消耗量； 其電能消耗量應折算成對應的汽油或柴油燃料消耗量。

4.1.5對純電動乘用車，應按照GB/T 18386測定電能消耗量，並折算成對應的汽油燃料消耗量。

4.1.6對燃料電池乘用車，其燃料消耗量按零計算。

4.1.7對採用一種或多種循環外技術/裝置（例如，怠速啟停裝置、換擋提醒裝置、高效空調、……)的車輛，其車輛燃料消耗量可相應減去一定額度，但最多不超過0.5 L/100 km。

4.2車型燃料消耗量目標值

4.2.1對具有三排以下座椅的乘用車，車型燃料消耗量目標值見表1。

4.2.2對具行三排及以上座椅的乘用車，車型燃料消耗量目標值見表2。
