概要
基於質譜的蛋白質組學的快速發展對於精準醫療是不可或缺的。但是，尚未普及到臨床。其中一個技術瓶頸是來自（多中心）隊列研究的臨床標本的高通量蛋白質組學分析，而基於蛋白質組學數據同臨床數據與其他組學數據的集成分析則是另一項技術挑戰。臨床質譜技術的應用還面臨兩大鴻溝：一是不少質譜技術人員尚未完全理解臨床醫學的需求；另一方面，臨床醫生通常未能及時了解質譜技術的最新進展和局限。本次研討會聚集了來自臨床醫學、蛋白質組學以及其他領域的專家，旨在總結目前臨床蛋白質組學的最新進展，探討臨床應用場景，並構建未來發展的藍圖。
