2016年ConstructionResearch Congress(CRC)在美屬波多黎各Puerto Rico聖胡安San Juan召開,由University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez承辦,CRC是美國土木工程協會ConstructionResearch Council 主辦的、工程管理研究領域重要的國際學術會議之一,會議每兩年舉辦一次,2016年的會議主題是「Old and New Technologies Converge in Historic San Juan」。同時會議決定了2018年由路易斯安那州立大學(LSU)舉辦。

3. 研究趨勢
本次會議發表論文及Poster核心主流的研究主題為BIM與仿真、安全與風險管理、環境可持續設計、基礎設施與災害管理、組織與生產效率、數據遙感技術分析,其他傳統領域如工程教育、計劃控制、合約、採購(PPP)、精益建設等主題佔比普遍較低,Robotic and automation應為新興熱點,側重新技術的應用;Organizational issues受到了普遍的關注,session設置相對較多,但除了本課題組在本次會議發表的成果之外,這裡的Organizationalissue一般聚焦微觀問題,較少關注組織模式、項目治理等宏觀問題。通過與其他學者交流發現,除了傳統領域研究,當前美國學者還普遍關注虛擬實境(VR),BIM,無人機應用等行業熱點,其中對BIM的研究主要關注管理方面的問題。
研究熱點包括IPD,BigData ,Energy,Sustainability , Resilience,Complexity,Behavior, Climate等方面,研究往往聚焦於一個較小的問題,比較微觀,從一個新的切入點來研究傳統問題是較為普遍的做法。如從Behavior出發研究設計優化(E.g.Improving Design and Operation of Office Buildings by Integrating OccupantPreference and Behavioral Data through the Use of IVEs)和 Energy Consumption(E.g. Defining Lighting Settings To AccommodateEnd-User Preferences While Reducing Energy Consumption in Buildings)等;從Resilience出發研究不確定性(E.g. BuildingSafe-to-Fail Project Systems: Assessment of Resilience in Projects usingDynamic Meta-Network Simulation)等。
4. 其他
會議BusinessMeeting除舉行了一些選舉外,兩個權威期刊Journalof Construction and Engineering Management(JCEM)和JournalManagement in Engineering(JME)的主編還報告了期刊2015年的情況以及2016年計劃。其中,2015年兩個期刊的錄用率均為18%,並且美國以外的錄用率更低。JCEM將加快論文的錄用速度,並要求論文的長度不超過雙倍行距30頁。ASCE旗下期刊對專刊的政策也有所調整,主要是不再在雜誌某一期設置專刊,而是根據錄用時間刊登在不同的卷期中,但在網站上會有專刊專門網頁。
