>Tower to open night tours
武漢黃鶴樓將開放夜遊
The Yellow Crane Tower, a landmark tourist attraction in Wuhan, will launch night tours, the latest move to boost the city's tourism after the COVID-19 epidemic subsided.
武漢市地標性旅遊景點黃鶴樓將開放夜間遊覽，這是該市有效控制新冠肺炎疫情後為促進旅遊業發展而推出的最新舉措。
The night tours will be available during the coming National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holiday from Oct 1 to 8.
在即將到來的10月1日至8日國慶中秋假期，黃鶴樓將開放夜遊。
It will be the first time the historic building will open night viewing since it opened to the public in 1985 after reconstruction.
這將是這一歷史建築自1985年重建後首度開放夜遊。
Visitors will be allowed to ascend the building to appreciate the full moon as well as a light show that will be staged during the period.

Perching by the Yangtze River, the 1,800-year-old Yellow Crane Tower often appeared in ancient Chinese literary works.

US President Donald Trump and Democratic candidate Joe Biden will square-off in the first debate of the 2020 presidential race at 9 pm on Tuesday. The debate will take place in the battleground state of Ohio and is scheduled to last about 90 minutes.
當地時間9月29日晚上9時，美國總統川普和民主黨總統候選人拜登將在搖擺州俄亥俄州進行2020年美國總統選舉首場電視辯論，整場辯論預計將持續90分鐘左右。

Trump, Biden and moderator Chris Wallace will not wear masks at Tuesday's debate, per final negotiations between the campaigns.

The two sides have decided to forego the traditional pre-debate handshake in light of the virus, according to a person with direct knowledge of the negotiations. They also won't do an elbow-bump, a coronavirus-era handshake substitute which both campaigns saw as awkward.

About 380 whales have died in what is suspected to be Australia's largest stranding on record, officials say.

>Care insurance scheme expands

China has added 14 regions to its trials for a long-term care insurance scheme to explore the establishment of a new type of insurance to ensure long-term care for people with severe disabilities.
國家醫保局會同財政部近日印發指導意見，明確將長期護理險試點擴圍，新增了14個試點市(區)。探索建立長期護理保險制度，旨在解決重度失能人員長期護理保障問題。
The newly added regions, including Beijing's Shijingshan district, Tianjin municipality, and Fuzhou in Fujian province, bring the total number of the scheme's pilot regions to 49, according to the guidelines jointly issued by the National Healthcare Security Administration and the Ministry of Finance.
此次長期護理保險制度試點名單裡新增了北京市石景山區，天津市、福建省福州市等14個試點市(區)，至此，長期護理保險制度試點市(區)已擴至49個。
The trials for the scheme were launched in several provincial-level regions in 2016. The scheme provides services or funds for basic and medical care for people with long-term disabilities.
2016年，我國啟動長期護理保險制度試點，為重度失能人員的基本生活和醫療護理提供服務或費用。
By the end of 2019, China had more than 250 million people aged 60 and above and over 40 million elderly people with disabilities.
截至2019年年底，我國60歲以上的老人超2.5億人，其中失能、半失能老年人超過4000萬人。
