>Colors may hinder good sleep
Grey is one of the colors that you should blacklist when thinking of re-painting your bedroom, according to a sleep expert at mattress company Sealy.
However, blue could actually promote sleep because it sends calming messages to the brain.
And while you might sleep in the dark, creeping light from streetlamps, and clutter from an untidy room, could all add up to a night of insomnia.
Grey isn't the only color you should avoid. Reds, browns and purples can all hinder a peaceful night's sleep, says Sealy's sleep expert Natalie Armstrong.

A clear majority of Canadians feel their country does not have to pay for security for Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, who have settled in British Columbia.
77% of people surveyed by Nanos Research, for CTV, believe the Canadian taxpayer does not have to pay for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex because they are not in Canada as representatives of the Queen.
Canada is a parliamentary monarchy and Queen Elizabeth II is the reigning head of state.
There has been no official announcement about the question of security for Prince Harry and Meghan, or who will cover the bill.
Canadian authorities have only indicated that discussions are taking place.

>Groundhog predicts early spring
Pennsylvania's most famous groundhog on Sunday was hoisted into the air by a member of the Punxsutawney Groundhog Club Inner Circle who declared: "Spring will be early, it's a certainty."
At sunrise on Groundhog Day, Phil's prediction was revealed, according to the Pennsylvania Tourism Office.
Awoken by the crowd's chants of "Phil!" the groundhog was hoisted in the air for the assembly to hail before making his decision.
The annual event has its origin in a German legend that says if a furry rodent casts a shadow on Feb 2, winter continues. If not, spring comes early.
Phil, while famous for decades because of the tradition, got a boost in popularity thanks to the classic Bill Murray film, "Groundhog Day", from 1993.
