明年6月全面建立林長制
China has issued a guideline to implement a "forest chief" plan nationwide amid the country's continuous efforts to protect forests and grasslands. It was issued by the general offices of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council and urged that the "forest chief" plan be rolled out nationwide by June 2022. "General forest chiefs" should be appointed in all provincial-level regions, the guideline said.
中共中央辦公廳、國務院辦公廳近日印發《關於全面推行林長制的意見》，加強對森林和草原的保護。意見提出，2022年6月在全國全面建立林長制，各省(自治區、直轄市)設立總林長、副總林長。
It clarified all levels of a forest chief’s responsibilities in protecting forest and grassland resources.
意見明確了各級林長在森林草原資源保護發展工作中的責任。

China's civil aviation sector handled 420 million passenger trips in 2020, which accounted for 63.3 percent of that in 2019, indicating recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic fallout, according to the country's civil aviation regulator.

Domestic air travel reached 94.5 percent of its 2019 level in the fourth quarter, the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) said Tuesday.
