論科研人士如何「科學」地選擇另一半,毫無疑問,選擇一個能做實驗能發SCI的另一半是多麼地幸福,「你發一篇10分的SCI,我就答應你」,想必每個醫學生都有這樣的科研以及愛情終極夢想。
一般來講,過去的20年是非編碼RNA的20年,尤其是miRNA從發現漸漸成為科研明星的20年,而過去的5年又是lncRNA成為科研新星的5年,而過去的3年circRNA也漸漸湧現出大量高質量的文章,而且據統計,非編碼RNA的研究佔據了國自然的半壁江山。
談到lncRNA,circRNA,大家最先聯想到的就是ceRNA機制。
ceRNA機制
無論從文章的質量以及基金申請的角度,ceRNA機制無疑不是首選了,我們統計了一下,凡是腫瘤的ceRNA機制類的文章,大部分的文章分數在3~6分之間;而國自然基金中腫瘤相關基金ceRNA則更少了,甚至有一些腫瘤方面的評審專家碰到ceRNA就斃掉的極端現象。
所以師兄要說的是要想發lncRNA高分文章以及基金,就要去做ceRNA以外的其他機制,所以10月份大家可以看看pubmed中10分以上lncRNA的文章,猜猜看共有多少篇?一共有24篇!光10月份的10分以上文章。
