    The PG Academic Club organized it's second workshop to assist Master's and Ph.D students in theirs research. The workshop was on Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) Analysis using AMOS. Mr. Courage S. K. Dogbe and Mr. Wisdom W. K. Pomegbe who are both Ph.D student from the School of Management were the resource persons for the day. 



Topics treated were:

1. Assumptions of SEM

2. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) 

3. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA)

4. Mediation Analysis

5. Bootstrapping  

6. Moderation Analysis 



Objectives of the Workshop:

1. To equip graduate students with the necessary SEM analysis skills.

2. To equip graduate students with organizing analysis results for journal publication.



    Due to some circumstances, the resource person was not able to finish treating the topics, therefore the second part comes off early next semester. The PG Academic Club will therefore edge students to participate in such events to help them in their research field.
