This patient comes in with chest pain. When you look at the axials and the one 3D I gave you, particularly the axials,look at the region of the right coronary artery, there's an aneurysm present. Right coronary artery aneurysm. Nice case. Most common vessel coronary artery aneurysm. It's the right coronary. I guess you could say, the patient is coronary artery disease. I can't argue with that. Fistula is uncommon, but the coronary artery fistulas most commonly involved the right coronary artery. But this is an aneurysm not a fistula, and there's no high-grade stenosis. So just a very nice set of images and a very unusual but very important diagnosis.

【Coronary Artery Aneurysm RCA 右冠狀動脈動脈瘤】
這位患者主要症狀為胸痛。在觀察心臟軸位圖和這張3D圖時，特別是軸位圖上，可見右冠脈區域有一動脈瘤。右側冠狀動脈動脈瘤。很好的病例。最常見的冠脈動脈瘤就是位於右冠脈。我猜你可能會選冠狀動脈疾病，我也沒什麼理由反對。瘻道不是很常見，但冠狀動脈瘻確實最常累及右冠脈。但這個病例是動脈瘤，不是動脈瘻，也沒有嚴重的動脈狹窄。很棒的一套影像圖片，不常見，但卻是很重要的診斷。
