8月14日,普華永道會計師事務所發布《2019全球市值百大企業排名》分析報告,微軟今年擠下蘋果,成為2019年全球市值最高企業,終止蘋果過去7年來的龍頭地位。
根據報告,2019年全球前十大企業由科技業及電子商務產業主導,依序為微軟、蘋果、亞馬遜、「字母表」公司、伯克希爾—哈撒韋公司、臉書、阿里巴巴、騰訊、強生、埃克森美孚。
從產業來看,科技業持續領先金融業,以56910億美元再度成為全球市值最大的產業;金融業以37960億美元居於第二,較去年同期減少3%;保健產業爬升至第三名,市值約27290億美元,較去年增長15%,表現相對亮眼。
全球市值最大的初創企業是抖音的母公司——北京字節跳動科技有限公司,估值為750億美元。長期來看,大中華區的科技公司可望嶄露頭角,例如,可以看到大中華區的初創企業佔全球百大初創企業超過三成,而初創企業是未來IPO或企業併購的重要來源,這代表著未來全球市值百強將會有更多來自大中華區的企業。
阿麗亞娜5號發射空間數據高速公路第二顆衛星

Clariant:Higher Sales And Operating Cash Flow Improvement
科萊恩宣布,2019上半年的銷售額共計22.29億瑞士法郎,高於2018上半年的22.24億瑞士法郎。得益於量價雙升,以當地貨幣計算,有機銷售額增長了4%。
Clariant announced first half year2019continuing operations sales of CHF2.229billion compared to CHF2.224billion in the first half year2018.This corresponds to an organic growth of4%in local currency.Both higher volumes and pricing contributed to this expansion.
上半財年,以當地貨幣計算,幾乎所有區域都為持續經營銷售額增長做了貢獻。拉美地區強勁增長了10%,中東和非洲地區增長了8%。
For the first half year,almost all regions contributed to the continuing operations sales growth in local currency.Sales in Latin America grew the strongest by10%,followed by the Middle East&Africa at8%.

In Asia and Europe,the sales development was a good5%and4%,respectively.China,however,was down by9%while North America reported a slight contraction of3%.

The improved sales performance in the first half year2019resulted from growth in the Business Areas Catalysis and Natural Resources,which both reported strong expansion.

Macy’s second-quarter earnings fell way below analysts』expectations,as heavy markdowns used during the spring season to clear unsold merchandise weighed on profits.
淨銷售額從去年同期的55.72億美元降至55.46億美元,略高於55.42億美元的預期。
Net sales fell to$5.546billion from$5.572billion a year ago,slightly beating expectations for$5.542billion.
梅西百貨還下調了全年盈利預期,目前預計每股盈利2.85美元至3.05美元,低於預期的3.05美元至3.25美元區間。
Macy’s also lowered its profit outlook for the full year and now is expecting to earn between$2.85and$3.05a share,down from a range of$3.05to$3.25.
消息傳出後,該公司股價在早盤下跌逾16%,徘徊在2009年以來的低點。
Its shares fell more than16%in early trading on the news,hovering near lows not seen since2009.

Like its predecessors,the glasses lets users take photos and videos by tapping a button on the frame,and transferring them to the Snapchat app.
