然餐廳 松葉蟹火鍋 The Zen Matsuba Crab Hot Pot
松葉蟹又叫津和井蟹、雪蟹、遠東海域雪蟹。是原產俄羅斯以及日本周邊海域的一種雪蟹,屬於棲息在深海的大型螃蟹,蟹肉質鮮美甘甜,尤其是冬季繁殖季節期間,雄性的蟹黃與蟹膏更是鮮美無比。然餐廳的松葉蟹火鍋將珍貴的蟹黃與蟹膏用來調製火鍋湯底,味道鮮香濃鬱,蟹腿在濃鬱的湯底裡面煮熟,蘸上清淡的醬汁,這款美味只有冬日限定。
Matsuba crab is also known as wary crab and snow crab. It was first found in the sea near Russia and Japan. This large crab is juicy, particularly during harvest time in the winter. Egg yolks and crab butter are particularly fresh during this time. The Zen Matsuba Crab Hot Pot includes precious egg yolk and crab butter for its soup base for a fresh taste. Cook the meat from crab legs until soup boils. Adorn crab meat with simple sauce. This wonderful hot pot is only available during the winter.

Japanese kettle rice is made from steaming various food ingredients inside an iron steamer. Ito has selected seasonal ingredients to offer salmon and egg kettle rice, sea urchin and truffle kettle rice, crab meat and black truffle kettle rice, sea urchin and salmon sushi. Each portion is heartily satisfying.

The Zen Yakitori Rice Meal Set
照燒(照り焼き,てりやき)是指於燒烤肉品過程中,外層塗抹大量醬油,糖水,大蒜,姜與清酒(或味醂)等,所用的照燒汁可稱作燒肉醬或照燒醬。然餐廳的照燒雞肉飯除了香噴噴的米飯遇上照燒雞腿肉,定食還搭配了爽口沙拉、醬湯、蒸蛋,自製可口的小菜,米飯遇到烤肉汁,實在美味!
Yakitori is a grilling style that entails lots of soy sauce, sugar water, garlic, ginger and sake wine (or rice wine). Yakitori sauce may be barbeque or yakitori sauce. At the Zen, yakitori chicken includes fragrant rice and yakitori sauce.
