Shouli Li, who comes from Qingzhou City,Shandong Province, was born in 1968. He was admitted to China AgriculturalUniversity in 1987 and graduated from it in 1991.He had obtained the EngineerTitle and the first class qualifications for Constructor. He also had held anumber of important titles such as the dean of International Institute of IChing, the vice director of I Ching and Architecture Committee, which isaffiliated with China Architectural Culture Center; the first president ofQingzhou Buddhist Association, the honorary president of Qingzhou MenciusMother Academy and so on.
Mr. Li has been deeply nurtured by Chinesetraditional culture since his early age, and he has immersed himself instudying Chinese traditional culture for more than thirty years. Reviving Theauthentic orthodox of Chinese traditions and reconstructing pedagogy instudying the original meanings for Chinese classics, he supports the syncretismof metaphysics and physics, and he also pursues the Using ideology. He hasprofound attainments in various traditional cultural subjects such as theZhouyi studying, the Confucianism, the Buddhism, the Daoism, numerology,geomancy, the Qi Men, etc.
During 2009 to 2015, Mr. Li had combed morethan 1500 kinds of I CHING studying books in all ages, he had referenced allkinds of literature and summarized his experience of 30 years』 I CHINGstudying, then he finished his book on his own--《The annotation of IChing》（three books）and 《The secret key of I Ching》(two books)，these bookscontain more than 2.3 million characters, which has been published by LanzhouUniversity Press.
