近日，麥當勞官方推出了T恤、貼紙等一系列新周邊。其中，最有特色的是香薰蠟燭套裝。套裝包含六支蠟燭，分別是麵包餅、番茄醬、酸黃瓜、奶酪、洋蔥、牛肉六款香味。
據說，同時點燃這六支蠟燭，你就能感受到「吃」牛肉漢堡的樂趣，可謂望梅止渴、聞味止餓。

Those who love the lingering smell of greasy fast food are in luck.
1）表示「（想法、感覺、疾病）繼續存留」，英文解釋為「When something such as an idea, feeling, or illness lingers, it continues to exist for a long time, often much longer than expected.」舉個🌰：

McDonald’s debuted a collection of 「Quarter Pounder」 scented candles as part of its Quarter Pounder Fan Club, 「because there’s no better smell than 100% fresh beef and a perfect combination of toppings,」 according to its press release.
這個詞出現的頻率非常高，這裡就不再細講啦。它可以作動詞也可以當名詞，表示「首演，首次公演，首次亮相」（the occasion when someone performs or presents something to the public for the first time.）
類似的還有：
· premiere /ˈprɛmɪˌɛə, ˈprɛmɪə/ 也可以作動詞和名詞，表示「首映，首演，首次上演/映」（the first public performance of a play or any other type of entertainment），這裡要注意的是這個詞去掉末尾的 e 就變成了 premier「首相，總理」；另外，premier作為形容詞則表示「首位的，首要的」（best or most important），舉個🌰：

表示「食品上的裝飾配料」，英文解釋為「A topping is food, such as whipped cream or cheese, that is poured or put on top of other food in order to decorate it or add to its flavour.」
The six-pack, which will be released later this week, features smells of the many ingredients in the sandwich: 100 percent fresh beef, ketchup, pickle, cheese, onion and sesame seed bun.

2）不及物動詞，表示「擔任主演；是（展覽、雜誌等）的重要內容」，英文解釋為「If someone or something features in something such as a show, exhibition, or magazine, they are an important part of it.」舉個🌰：
He featured in one of the show's most thrilling episodes.
他主演了該劇中最驚悚的幾集之一。
補充：
在英文歌中你可能會經常看到這種說法，xxxa feat. xxxb，此處feat.實際上就是feature的縮寫，大概意思是歌曲中穿插另外一個人的演唱或表演，xxxa和xxxb共同演繹，合作演出。據百度百科，feat.的是後面這個歌手（或者組合）他在這首單曲裡面或者這張專輯裡面並不是主角，前面那個人才是這首歌的靈魂或者主人。
1）作名詞，表示「泡菜；泡菜醬」（a vegetable that has been preserved in vinegar or salt water and has a strong flavour, served cold with meat, salads, etc.）；
2）作動詞，表示「醃製」，英文解釋為「When you pickle food, you keep it in vinegar or salt water so that it does not go bad and it develops a strong, sharp taste.」舉個🌰：
Select your favourite fruit or veg and pickle them while they are still fresh.
挑選你最喜歡的水果或蔬菜，趁新鮮醃製起來。

The listing on the fan club website recommends burning all the scents at once for 「maximum deliciousness.」
The fast-food chain created the bizarre memorabilia in honor of the burger’s nearly 50-year run on the menu. Fans can also display their affection with Quarter Pounder mittens, locket, calendar, sticker, pin and shirt found on the fan club site.
bizarre /bɪˈzɑː/ 表示「怪異的」，英文解釋為「Something that is bizarre is very odd and strange.」舉個🌰：

· outlandish表示「稀奇古怪的；不尋常的；難以接受的」，英文解釋為「strange and unusual and difficult to accept or like」，如：an outlandish hairstyle/outfit 古怪的髮型/裝束。
· uncanny表示「離奇的，不可思議的」，英文解釋為「very strange and difficult to explain」，如：an uncanny coincidence 不可思議的巧合。
memorabilia /ˌmɛmərəˈbɪlɪə/ 表示「紀念品」，英文解釋為「Memorabilia are things that you collect because they are connected with a person or organization in which you are interested.」如：the country's leading dealer in Beatles memorabilia 這個國家披頭四樂隊紀念品的最大經銷商。
