Last week we looked back at our new year’s resolutions for 2014. I discovered that most people didn’t fulfill theirs.
京晶：上周我們回顧了2014年你的新年願望，我發現，大多數人並沒有完成他們的願望。
Really? I didn’t either, I’m so ashamed! How could I be like this?
小高：是嗎？我竟然也沒有，太慚愧了！怎麼會這樣？
I think the main reason is because there’s no determination that you must finish something. Without determination, you won’t get any action. I』ve got a good way. Let’s invite all of our listeners to tell us their new year’s resolutions for 2015 and write out a 「must do list」. When the 2016 New Year comes around, we』ll check and see if we met our goals. What do ya say?
京晶：我看呢，主要是因為沒有必須達成的決心，沒有決心就沒有行動，我有個好辦法，今天我們邀請所有的聽眾朋友們一起來說出2015的新年決心，列出must - do list. 等2016年新年時，我們一起來檢查目標是否達成了，好嗎？
That sounds really interesting. Let me tell you mine first: My New Year’s resolution for 2015 is to stay on my diet, hit the gym as much as possible, and do a superb job on my thesis.
小高：這個有趣！我先說：我的願望是2015年繼續堅持飲食計劃，儘可能地鍛鍊健身，另外交出一篇完美的畢業論文。
Walking Eric’s New Year resolution is to get his teaching certificate! Mu Chen An wants to write a story that she’s been thinking of for a long time. Ji Huanhuan wants to get a Shanghai advanced interpreter certificate.
京晶：Walking Eric的決心是：2015年一定要考取教師資格證！沐晨安想寫出一個她想了很久的故事；冀歡歡想考過上海高級口譯資格證書。
And Katherine wants to stop procrastinating and being late. Doudou wants to study spoken English well. Yahoon Yao wants to take his wife travelling. Bling-Sophie hopes to get higher than 6.5 on her IELTS test. 「She」 wants to learn to play a piano song. Tingsen wants to lose weight!
小高：還有Katherine一定要改掉拖延症和遲到的壞毛病；豆豆要學好英語口語；yahoon姚要帶老婆出門旅遊一次；bling-Sophie 希望雅思成績考過6.5分。「她」要學會彈一首鋼琴曲，廷森要減肥！
Meng wants to visit Nepal. Xiao Fan wants to write 「How I brought you up」 for her daughter. Jasmine wants to keep an eye on her savings. Yang Menglong wants to pass French level 4 and make some money during the summer by being a tour guide so she can earn tuition fee for her senior year in college. Chuan Ge wants to save up and buy a car. Niu niu Clair, Zhao yi, and Xiao qiao are all determined to learn their majors well.
京晶：孟要去一趟尼泊爾，小凡要給女兒寫成長日記【How I brought you up】jasmine要認真檢查自己的存款，楊朦朧要過法語四級，暑假打工帶旅遊團掙大四學費；川哥要攢錢買車；妞妞Clair、趙毅、小喬都決心把自己的專業知識學好！
Dinosaur, Sally, Su, Deng Boqin, and Ping ting want to follow GFG to the best of their abilities! Lu Ying swears that she will listen to every episode and sent her own WeChat participation and allow us to correct her.
小高：還有恐龍、sally, 蘇，鄧博勤、娉婷，要跟著goingforgold認真學英語絕不偷懶！露瑩發誓每期必須聽，還要發語音，讓我們監督。
Edith’s plans change quickly. She wants to sincerely pass by each day. Without wax believes that actions speak louder than words. He’s gonna challenge himself to do just 「do it」 first.
京晶：Eidith認為計劃趕不上變化快，她想認真過好每一天。Without wax認為行動比承諾重要，他要求自己先去做。
Wow! Everyone’s resolution is great! But putting it into practice won’t be easy. So we want everyone to make the promise now and keep an eye on people in the future.
小高：哇！大家的決心都很棒！但實施起來真不容易呢。所以我們要大家一起來許願，互相監督。
That’s right. Last but not least, it’s my turn. I wanna give simple and free English learning to more people in need. By the time 2016 comes around, I hope we can proudly say: I fulfilled my 2015 New Year’s resolution!

Business people communicate frequently to remove uncertainty and to minimize communications-based misunderstandings in service and product delivery when dealing with anyone in China.5.I will try better to help my customers to understand the Chinese culture in which I work and why the American expectations for customer service collide with the Chinese model for customer service delivery.6.I will be more professional about customer service delivery and manage my emotions so that they do not affect my customer service delivery7.I will learn more about my customers』 customers and what problems they want me and my customer to solve for them.8.I will learn more about ShiDa’s product line, and accept the responsibility to educate my customers on how our products can solve their problems.9.I will learn more about each one of my customer’s businesses, and understand what problems each customers wants ShiDa to solve for them.10.I will be AWESOME in customer service and sales in 2015.
