昨天，瑞銀一學者關於「中國豬」的疑似辱華言論，在網上引起了軒然大波。

在一篇報告中，多諾萬提及中國的通脹情況時，用了很怪異的說法：
Chinese consumer prices rose. This mainly due to sick pigs.
中國消費品價格上漲，主要是由豬瘟引起的。
Does this matter? It matters if you are a Chinese pig.
這有關係嗎？如果你是頭中國豬的話就有關係了。

一時間，國內外紛紛批評譴責，認為多諾萬不僅在學術文章中用詞極為不嚴謹，更是莫名其妙地用了「中國豬」等突兀描述，引人反感。
就在剛才，瑞銀向Global Times記者發來回應，表示已要求多諾萬「暫離崗位」：
"We confirm that we have asked Paul to take a leave of absence as we review this matter, to evaluate whether further steps need to be taken."
「我們確認Paul已被要求暫離崗位，並評估是否將要採取進一步的措施。」

今天，中國證券業協會已將多諾萬列為「不受歡迎人員」。
The Securities Association of China (SAC) has listed Donovan an unwelcome individual, and recommended member institutions not to invite him to any event, it said in a post published on its WeChat account on Friday.

之後，瑞銀集團發表了致中國證券業協會的道歉信。
在信中，瑞銀表示：「唐納文（即多諾萬）先生已就評論中的欠妥之處深表歉意，並充分認識到了他所犯下的嚴重失誤。」
「We have informed all report assessing officers and analysts who are also responsible for supervision related to the office of the chief investment officer that there will be new mechanisms for reports supervision,」 UBS said in an apology letter to SAC.
瑞銀在寫給中國證券業協會的致歉信中寫道：「我們已將此事通知了首席投資官辦公室條線上所有報告審批人員及負責監督責任的分析師，並明確所有報告內容將適用新增審核安排。」
