The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is glad to inform you that the 「Authentic Italian Table」, was successfully held on June 15th, 2019 at Chao Hotel, Beijing.
中國義大利商會(CICC)很高興地通知您,「正宗義大利餐桌」於2019年6月15日在北京Chao酒店成功舉行。
The event is part of the project "True Italian Taste", promoted and financed by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development and carried out by Assocamerestero in collaboration with the Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad, and it is aimed at enhancing and safeguarding the authentic Italian agri-food productions. "True Italian Taste" is part of the program "The Extraordinary Italian Taste".
這次活動是「正宗義大利風味」項目的一部分,該項目由義大利經濟發展部推動和資助,由義大利海外商會協會 (Assocamerestero) 與國外義大利商會合作開展,旨在加強和保障正宗的義大利農產品的生產。「正宗義大利風味」是「非凡義大利口味」計劃的一部分。
The event was opened by Giulia Gallarati, CICC Secretary General, who delivered a speech on the relevance of the project and its main goals. The event carried on with a seminar session in which the attendees had the chance to broaden their understanding on the Italian Sounding phenomenon and on the DOP & IGP labels, which certify products as authentic Italian. MC of the event was the lifestyle influencer Sarah Zhang.
中國義大利商會秘書長 Giulia Gallarati 主持了開幕式,並就項目的相關性及其主要目標發表了演講。活動以研討會形式進行,與會者有機會加深對仿製義大利現象(Italian Sounding)和 DOP & IGP 標籤的理解,這些標籤證明了正宗的義大利產品。該活動的主持人是生活方式的影響者 Sarah Zhang。
Almost 70 local experts of the Food&Beverage sector attended the event, which lasted from 2p.m. till 7:30p.m. Representatives ranged from Xiatian Guliang yaolian yehaochi (夏天菇涼要臉也好吃), Yang zixi (楊子溪), and Lianji bofan (聯急播煩).
近70名當地餐飲專家參加了此次活動,活動從下午2點持續到晚上 7:30。活動參與的代表有夏天菇涼要臉也好吃、 楊子溪以及聯急播煩等。
The presentation was followed by a wine masterclass, held by Adriano Albanese of East Meets West Fine Wines. Guests received an insight on the differences characterising Italian wines according to the methods used for producing them. Furthermore, guests also had the opportunity to try out different wines to get an authentic Italian experience.
隨後,由西往東美酒公司 (East Meets West Fine Wines) 的 Adriano Albanese 舉辦了葡萄酒大師班。賓客根據製作義大利葡萄酒的方法,對義大利葡萄酒的不同之處有了深入的了解。此外,賓客還可以嘗試不同的葡萄酒,體驗正宗的義大利風味。
Following the masterclass, attendees moved back to the exhibition hall to take part in a quiz about what they have learnt during the day as well as to taste Italian top-quality products thanks to the participation of the following companies:

Afterwards, guests attended the awarding ceremony of 「Ospitalità Italiana」 (Italian Hospitality).

The event was held at Chao Hotel. Since the launch of the Cultural Embassy project in July 2018, the Hotel has organised a series of film, music, and food activities through which it continuously pursues breakthroughs and innovations in the field of cultural exchanges aiming to build a platform for quality living.
本次活動在北京Chao酒店舉行。自2018年7月文化大使館項目啟動以來,酒店舉辦了一系列電影、音樂、美食等活動,不斷在文化交流領域進行突破和創新,打造優質生活平臺。
