從上面的案例可以看到額外費用的產生是由於客戶與貨代沒有溝通清楚具體的出貨時間而貨代也沒有跟客戶強調倉儲費用的問題。所以這位連粉要向客戶解釋清楚其中的責任劃分並且儘量協助客戶解決問題。
From the case above, we can see that the extra fee occurs because of the miscommunication between the customer and the forwarder about the exact time of delivery. What's more, the forwarder didn't mention warehouse charges with the customer. So the fan should explain the responsibility to the customer and try the best to help customer solve the problem.
但是從案例中也能看出其實這位粉絲之前也不清楚有這方面的費用的，當收到通知的時候也比較愕然，事實上這位連粉只要多跟客戶確認好出貨時間和多問一下貨物的安排就可以考慮到可能產生的費用，那也可以做到提醒客戶要注意的問題。
