東寧剛剛說的沒錯，今年六月是全國第十八個安全生產月。
主題圍繞：防風險、除隱患、遏事故。國際事業部按照管道局的統一部署，組織各海外單位，開展了多項安全文化活動，包括HSE風險分析會、領導公開課、現場HSE大檢查、應急演練等。讓我們一塊來看看納米比亞的同事，他們是如何做的！

這個月是安全生產月，今天是安全宣傳諮詢日。
In order to strengthen safety awareness, we have prepared some publicity boards as well as some materials regarding HSE information to share with all management and employees.
（為了提升安全意識，我們製作了一些宣傳板和關於HSE知識的宣傳資料，分享給管理人員和員工。）
Can you introduce some HSE knowledge to me？
Sure，let’s start with some basic information. Before entering into the worksite, we ask all the employees and visitors to have mandatory PPE, which includes a safety helmet, safety glasses, safety boots and overalls.
In working areas you may be required to wear additional PPE for any specific hazards present.
But don’t worry, as a visitor, mandatory PPE is enough.
（當然，咱們先從一些基礎知識開始吧。在進入現場之前，我們要求所有的員工和訪客要有必須的勞動保護用品，包括安全帽、安全眼鏡、安全鞋及工裝。依據現場存在的特定風險，在工作區域可能會要求你佩戴附加的勞保用品。但是，不要擔心，作為訪客，必要的勞保用品是足夠的。）
Oh, I have all the mandatory PPE, can we go for a walk?
（哦，我佩戴了所有必須的勞保用品，咱們能去現場看看嗎？）
Let’s see the HSE notice board first. It contains a lot of important information such as first aiders, the emergency evacuate route, the color coding system and so on.
Now, we can move forward.
（讓我們先來看一下HSE公告欄，它包含很多重要的信息，比如急救員、應急疏散通道、色標管理體系等。現在我們可以進入現場了。）
Can I go inside the Tank Farm? I want to see the tanks.
Of course. But, we can see some signage right here.
We need to follow them. Please use handrails.

Can we enter into this tank?
No, 你看這個標識，它屬於受限空間。
It’s a confined space. Before entering into any confined space, you must be trained to recognise related hazards and protect yourself from them.
（它是受限空間。在進入任何受限空間之前，你必須接受培訓並認識到所有的危害，並且保護自己不受到傷害。）
What kind of hazards relate to working in a confined space?
Working in a confined space presents many hazards, such as the potential lack of oxygen, presence of toxic gases, fire and explosion of flammable vapours, gases or dust, which are capable of causing injury, illness and death to the worker.
Asphyxiation is the leading cause of death in confined space.
所以，不要輕易的進入哦！
（受限空間作業存在很多種危害，例如潛在的缺氧、有毒氣體存在、可燃蒸汽、氣體或者粉塵引起的火災和爆炸，可能導致員工受傷、疾病甚至是死亡。窒息是受限空間作業導致死亡的最主要原因。）
Oh！It’s so dangerous to work in a confined space. Do we have any measures that can prevent all the related hazards?
（哦，受限空間作業原來這麼危險，我們有預防措施嗎？）
Of course. The supervisor must obtain a work permit before entering into a confined space. And only competent personnel can carry out this work.
In addition, gas testing will be carried out and ventilation equipment shall be in place.
Furthermore, a Safety Stand-by man MUST present right outside of the access and keep good communication with those inside.
（當然，在進入受限空間之前，施工主管必須獲得作業許可，只有勝任的人員才能開展此項工作。另外，要進行氣體檢測，通風設備也要配置好。再次，在出入口，要有安全監護人員和受限空間內部人員保持良好溝通。）
All right, I can see that I am not going to enter into this tank.
I noticed each power tool with a small yellow tag. What’s that for?

It’s the color coding system. Inspection identification colors are used for all power tools, portable equipment, leakage protectors, and rigging accessories.
On a monthly basis these labels are attached or pasted on equipment after it has been inspected and approved by a competent person.
This provides a visual indication of its certification status.
（這個是色標管理系統。檢查顏色標識被用於所有的電動工具。被勝任的人員檢查和批准之後，行動裝置、漏保和吊裝附件上每月都會被附上或者貼上檢查標籤。這就為設備的檢定狀態提供了目視化標識。）
Therefore, we can ensure all the equipment and tools are in good conditions.
