視頻模仿背誦分四步：
第一步，逐句跟讀。邊看視頻和字幕，邊逐句反覆跟讀。重點是模仿語音、語調、連讀、省略等發音特點，爭取做到惟妙惟肖。只要經過大量地練習，是可以逐漸做到的。
第二步，影子跟讀。看著視頻和字幕，落後原聲一到兩個單詞，開始跟讀，重點是跟上原聲的速度，同時兼顧語音和語調。
第三步，音頻跟讀。不看視頻和字幕，只聽音頻，然後跟讀音頻。因為有了前兩步作為鋪墊，跟讀音頻時，雖然有難度，但是很快就會適應的。
第四步，熟讀背誦。在熟讀中入景，在背誦中生情，感受語言的魅力。
