Russia has its official name – Russian Federation.Russia is located in the northern part of Eurasia, across two continents of Eurasia, with an area of 17 075 400 sq kilometers. It is the largest country in the world, and has the largest population in the continent, reaching 144.5 millions. The climate in Russia is relatively cold, and the temperature in winter in the region is as low as 40 degrees below zero. Russia is the only country to have eleven time zones.,and Russia is the only country which is washed by twelve seas.Russia has boarder with 16 countries: Norway, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Belarus, Ukraine, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, China, Mongolia, North Korea, Japan and the United States.In addition, Russia is only four kilometers away from the United States.
俄羅斯官方名稱是俄羅斯聯邦。俄羅斯位於歐亞大陸北部，地跨歐亞兩大洲，國土面積為1709.82萬平方公裡，是世界上面積最大的國家，且擁有歐洲大陸上最多的人口，達1.445億。俄羅斯氣候較為寒冷，西伯利亞地區冬天氣溫可低至零下40度。俄羅斯既是唯一個存在11個時區的國家，也是是唯一一個瀕臨12個海洋的國家。俄羅斯分別與16個國家接壤，其中有挪威，芬蘭，愛沙尼亞，拉脫維亞，立陶宛，波蘭，白俄羅斯，烏克蘭，喬治亞，亞塞拜然，哈薩克斯坦，中國，蒙古，朝鮮，日本和美國。另外，俄羅斯只與美國相距4公裡。

Russia is a country with rich tourism resources. Moscow's Red Square, magnificent Moscow Kremlin and other attractions have long been world-famous. The Russians are enthusiastic and bold. This vast land has created the broad mind of the Russians. The winter has made Russians love nature. They express their inner passion for life with music and dance. 俄羅斯是一個旅遊資源豐富的國家。莫斯科的紅場、雄偉的克裡姆林宮等景點早已是舉世聞名。俄羅斯人是熱情而豪放的，這片廣袤的土地造就了俄羅斯人坦蕩寬闊的胸懷，漫長的冬天讓俄羅斯人對大自然充滿了熱愛，他們用音樂與舞蹈來表達內心對生活的熱情；俄羅斯人同樣是細膩與多愁善感的，否則俄羅斯人不會創造出如此璀璨的藝術珍品，如此震撼心靈的文學佳作。
Transiberian highway is the longest railway road in world. It connects Moscow and Vladivostok, has 9298 kilometers length and it is crossing 8 time zones, 87 cities and 16 rivers, including Volga river.Baikal is the deepest lake in the world, it is also the biggest fresh water source on Earth.

In Russian folk, married women must wear headscarves, mainly white; unmarried girls do not wear headscarves, but often wear hats. In cities, Russians often wear suits , and Russian women often wear a dress. The typical Russian national costume is: men are slanted long sleeved shirts, usually embroidered on necklines and hem, and wear a belt outside their shirts. Shirts are usually made of linen gauze and white cotton cloth, as well as colorful flower cloth. The trousers are slightly fat and made of white cloth or dyed flower cloth.
在俄民間，已婚婦女必須戴頭巾，並以白色的為主；未婚姑娘則不戴頭巾，但常戴帽子。在城市裡，俄羅斯人當前多穿西裝，俄羅斯婦女往往還要穿一條連衣裙。典型的俄羅斯民族服裝是：男子是斜襟長袖襯衣，通常在領口和下擺有繡花，穿時在襯衣外面系一根腰帶。襯衣一般是用麻紗布、白棉布做成，也有用色彩鮮豔的花布做成。褲子稍肥，是用白布或染色的花布做成。
Half of Chelyabinsk is located in the Urals, half-in Siberia. The coat of arms of Chelyabinsk depicts a camel. It would seem, why a camel, because in Chelyabinsk there are no camels? Not now, but 200 years ago. Chelyabinsk often hosted trade caravans of loaded camels.

Russia regularly ranks first in various rankings of the world's least friendly countries, but this is simply a misunderstanding due to the difference in cultural codes. In Russia, schools teach children not to smile for no reason, considering a smile a sign of frivolous mood. In fact, Russians are friendly and always ready to help a foreigner.
俄羅斯經常被評為世界上最不友好的國家，而且還名列第一，但這些都是因為一些文化上的差異所造成的誤解。俄羅斯的學校教育孩子們不能無故微笑，因為在俄羅斯，人們認為微笑表現出輕浮的態度。事實上，俄羅斯人都很友善並且時刻願意幫助外國友人。
Russia's red sausage, caviar, Bologna soup and traditional pancakes are very ethnic characteristics. Usually, the most common food on the Russian table is all kinds of meat products. Almost every meal includes beef, mutton, steak, sausages, etc. Russians often drink honey, gage and so on. Of course, Russians like drinking wine is world-famous, and the most important liquor is vodka. Russians have the habit of drinking tea, mainly drinking black tea.
俄羅斯的紅腸、魚子醬、羅宋湯和傳統小煎餅都是非常有民族特色的。通常在俄羅斯餐桌上最常見的就是各種各樣的肉類食品，幾乎每餐都會有牛肉、羊肉、牛排、香腸等。俄羅斯人常飲用的飲料有蜂蜜、格瓦斯等。當然俄羅斯人愛喝酒是世界聞名的，其中最重要的酒類當屬伏特加。俄羅斯人有喝茶的習慣，主要飲用紅茶。
