The theme of this year’s festival is 15 Years of SLAS. Students are designing country booths representing this year’s selected countries: USA, China, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Ukraine, Costa Rica, Nepal, Ethiopia, Jordan, Malaysia, Singapore, Venezuela, Russia, Portugal, and France. There will also be a Core Values Booth! Passports for students to collect stamps from each of the country booths and the Core Values booth will be available at the PASSPORT BOOTH and they are free! Students that collect all the stamps will be able to bring the completed passport to the Passport Booth to collect a special prize!
In addition to the various themed booths there will many fun games and delicious foods! Our students will be performing throughout the event. Performances will include singing, dancing, and other ethnic displays! Also, we will have a variety of vendors to display their goods and services that will help our families with their life in Shanghai!
Games will include: Country booth games, Let’s Be Healthy, and Bus Safety. We will also have a Bouncy Castle for younger children and the Bouncy Bull ride is back again for students of all ages to enjoy! Iconx will be providing a skateboarding activity which is guaranteed to be fun for everyone.
PTA will have a water gun area for kids to buy water guns and have a lot of fun. The water gun area will be open from 2-3pm for students up to G3 and 3-4pm for students G4 and up. PTA will also be selling glider airplane toys and Bubbles.

There will also be Booths featuring SLAS Core Values, Senior Projects, House, the Fine Arts andPottery.
Our PTA community will be selling a variety of drinks and ice cream and we will have several food vendors such as Geneva Family Restaurant, Masala Indian Restaurant, Aniseed Vietnamese, Omma Korean BBQ, Pizza Hut, JE Coffee, and more!
