Traffic departing中間省略了is。正在進行時，說明飛機正在起飛滑跑。時態的微妙變化，傳達出豐富的信息

管制員在組織句子方面終於出現一點點瑕疵。
首先，如果使用overshoot的話，應該是過去式overshot
其次，overshoot含義是飛過接地點（可引申為復飛）或是向前衝出跑道。
可以這樣說：
Xiamen went / skidded / deviated off runway 24 onto the left grass area.
以英語發音而論，中國管制員、飛行員說英語是比較自然和容易聽懂的，這是我們的優勢。但在組織句子（語法、詞彙、搭配）方面，則給人很粗糙的感覺。這個現象值得反思呀！
