(Competition Overview)
「2018中國國際頂級廚師邀請賽 BY SIAL」 2018年5月16日~17日在上海新國際博覽中心SIAL展會(上海浦東新區龍陽路2345號)舉行。
比賽邀請了來香港、馬來西亞、韓國、義大利、上海、北京、深圳、成都八地的頂級大廚。
2018 China International Top Chefs Invitational Competition by SIAL will be held in SIAL Exhibition of Shanghai New International EXPO Center (No. 2345, Longyang Rd., Pudong New District, Shanghai) from May 16th ~ 17th 2018.
Top chefs from Hongkong, Malaysia, Korea, Italy, and Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen and Chendu of China are invited.
本次比賽的裁判來自亞洲不同的國家,是世界廚師聯合會的頂級裁判,擁有國際裁判證書,確保比賽的國際公信力。評委根據選手菜的創意、烹飪技巧,最大程度使用指定原料。菜餚的口味、廚房的清潔衛生情況等綜合指標,最終給出評分累加,按分數的順序評選出特金、金獎項。
In order to ensure the credibility of this competition in the world, judges from different Asian countries are all top judges of World Association of Chefs Societies with International Judge Certification. Judges will make rating by evaluating indicators, including cuisine creativity, cooking skills, utilization of assigned ingredients, taste, and cleanliness in kitchen. Finally, Special Golden Award and Golden Award will be appraised according to cumulative ratings.

Luigi主廚畢業於羅馬久負盛名的亞美利哥·韋斯普奇酒店餐飲學校,曾經任職於一些古老的餐廳,如羅馬蒂沃利第一個奢華酒店格蘭仕埃德埃斯特酒店,著名哈德良別墅前的阿德裡亞諾餐廳及羅馬最著名的威士忌餐廳「The Golden Pot」。
Chef Luigi graduated from 「Amerigo Vespucci」 in Rome, High School of Catering and Hospitality. He has worked in some of the oldest restaurants in town like 「Gran Duca D』Este Hotel」 one of the first Luxury Hotels in Tivoli, Roma, the restaurant 「Adriano」 in front of the famous Villa Adriana, and in 「The Golden Pot」 the most Famous Whisky Bar in Roma.

來自義大利那不勒斯的廚師Carmine D'arienzo在十分年輕時就開始了他的廚師生涯,致力於傳播及探索追求最具那不勒斯風味的美食。他在義大利及美國有豐富的工作經驗,來到中國後他與Mammamia義大利餐廳合作,作為廣州店的總廚,帶領Mammamia廣州店榮獲了當年的年度最佳義大利餐廳,目前他在Mammamia上海店擔任總廚,希望給上海的吃貨朋友們帶來最純正的那不勒斯美食。
Born in Naples Italy, Chef carmine d'arienzo started to work in the kitchen very young and devoted himself to spreading, exploring and pursuing the true Neapolitan cuisine. He has extensive working experience in Italy and the United States. After coming to China, he worked in china with mammamia company as chef first in mammamia restaurant in Guangzhou where he won the awards of best Italian restaurant of the year, now he works in mammamia Shanghai.
The chef hopes to bring the truest Neapolitan cuisine to Shanghai's foodies.

Chef Massimo, the president of FIC CHINA, with qualification as WACS international judge, will be one of the comets judges in the judge panel.

Federation of Italian Chefs(FIC) is the only association in Italy that represents the World Association of Chefs Societies(WACS),
