你能把英語foot the bill(買單)翻譯成英語嗎？
1) 把英語學成英語，把英語翻譯成英語。這才是我們學習英語需要最終練成的「真功夫」。
只有把英語學成英語，我們才有機會把我們學過的英語「用」起來，做到「融會貫通」。

讀到英語You paid for dinner last time. Let me foot the bill for lunch today時，我們要能「說」或「用上」下面的英語：
1. Okay.I got you.To foot the bill is an English idiom.
2. When you say：You paid for dinner last time. Let me foot the bill for lunch today,you mean：You paid for dinner last time. Let me pay the bill for lunch today.
3. So,the English idiom To foot the bill means To pay for something,or to pay a bill forsomething,such as a meal
5. When you say：I'll foot the bill,yo can also say：It's my treat.It's on me.I'll pay the bill.I'll cover the cost of something.
6.If you foot the bill for something,like a meal, youpay for it.
實際上，所有這些英語表達都可以反過來互為解釋，作為口語訓練的內容。
