中國餐飲集團海底撈火鍋上周三在香港掛牌交易。

Chinese restaurant group Haidilao Hotpot put on its trading debut in Hong Kong last Wednesday.

股價一開始就暴漲10.3%。

The share prices jumped as much as 10.3 percent in early trading.

海底撈主要以四川風味的麻辣火鍋著稱。

Haidilao is known mainly for its Sichuan-style spicy hot pot.

成立於1994年，海底撈現在在中國有117家門店。

Founded in 1994, Haidilao now owns 117 restaurants around China.

而且從美國到日本均設有分店。 

And it has chain reastaurants overseas from the US to Japan.

據說很多消費者願意花兩個多小時等位。

It is said that many customers are willing to wait for more than 2 hours for a table.

為什麼它那麼火爆？

Why is it so popular?

是因為它提供的各種各樣讓人稱奇的服務。

The reason is that it provides various impressive services to its customers.

比如，餐廳僱有美甲師免費提供美甲服務。

For example,manicurists are employed to offer a complimentary nail service.

餐廳內有兒童遊戲區。

There are play areas for children.

還有按摩師為等位的顧客提供頸部按摩。

And there are masseurs offering neck rubs to the customers who wait for a table.

如果你一個人吃飯，服務員會送來一隻毛絨熊陪你。

If you dine alone, the waitor or waitress will send a stuffed bear as your companion.

更別說各種免費水果、點心和小吃了。

Not to mention all kinds of free fruits ,deserts and snacks.
