I have been in a vegan for more than 20 years and I grew up on a farm and I have animals as pet and friends, that’s what let me to vegan lifestyle, I no longer want to contribute to animal sufferings, and so I become a vegan.
我已經吃素20多年了,由於我在美國的農場長大,把動物像自己的朋友一樣對待,很自然地,我開始了無肉的生活方式,不希望小動物遭受痛苦,我成為了一名純素者。
And years later I got to lift weight, that’s what many of you might know me as a wakeup for bodybuilders, I have competed body building for ten years, and I won multiple bodybuilding competitions, to write books about that topic, I wrote book titled 《Vegan Bodybuilding&Fitness》 and 《Shred It 》and I've also been running VeganBodyBuilding.com for 15yeas.
幾年以後我開始進行力量訓練。正如你們所了解的,這使健美運動員開始覺醒。我參加健美比賽十餘年,曾多次獲得健美比賽冠軍,也曾出版過兩本關於健美的書籍:《Vegan Bodybuilding&Fitness》和《Shred It》。同時,我建立的VeganBodybuilding.com純素健美網站,已經運營了15年之久。
And one of things that I let you know now is to go around the world to talk to people about how to build their bodies on a plant-based style, how to get vitamins, minerals, amino acid,fatty acids.Everything that you need to thrive by eating plant-based whole foods, fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains, seeds, legumes.
還有就是在世界各地分享,告訴人們如何以植物為主的飲食方式健身,以及如何獲得維生素,礦物質,胺基酸,脂肪酸等營養元素。通過植物性飲食,完全可以獲得強壯的身體:比如攝入各種全食物、水果、蔬菜、堅果、穀物、種子、豆類等。
And I look to forward to sharing that with you, how do you make your meal plan, how do you build your muscle on plant-based style, how do you burn fat, how do you achieve your fitness goals without eating any animal products at all, how to boost energy, how to feel better,how to help your digestion.
我期待著與你一起分享:如何定製飲食計劃; 如何通過植物性飲食增肌; 如何燃燒脂肪;如何在沒有吃任何動物產品的情況下,實現健身目標;如何提高能量; 如何讓身體感覺更棒; 如何促進你的消化吸收.
