接待賓客英語對話注意事項
1、「熟能生巧」只要多講多練習,就可以說出流利的英語。
2、用心聽客人說話,不懂時可以再問一次。
3、不要使用和朋友交談式的英語。
4、不使用俚語,Eg:OK.Sure.yeah等最好不要使用,應該是Certainly之類的比較莊重的說法。
5、不要說「I dot』know」客人通常是有事相求或遇到麻煩才會詢問,若是不知道,會顯得很不親切。
6、眼睛也會說話,眼睛是心裡的窗口。
7、注意手勢的使用,在表達意思的時候,語言只能傳達35%,面對溝通難得外賓,加上手和身體的動作,有助於意思的表達和溝通。
四種基本句型
1、疑問句:①May I ~? ②Would you ~? ③Could you~?④Shall I ~?
2、自己想做某些事情時:①May I have your name,please? ②May I see your passport?③ May I have your check out time,please?
3、疑問句+Would you ~?的句型:Which kind of room would you prefer?
4、打招呼:向賓客問候時,必須始終面對微笑用眼睛看著對象,最好不要說HELLO或HI,應該按照時間來說:Good morning,sir Good afternoon,madam
5、要賓客等待時:Just a moment , please. Sorry to kept your waiting, sir Could you wait a little longer, please?
6、送客人離開的時候:Have a nice trip. We hope you have enjoyed you stay.We hope to see you again soon.
C/I常用句子
1、You need pay 1000 yuan as a deposit .
2、We 『ll refund the money you overpaid when you check out.
3、Here is your receipt, and please keep it ,you need to show it to us when you check out.
4、May I reconfirm your departure date?
5、How many people do you have?
6、We』ll give you a 55% discount.
7、Can you tell me you visa number and place of entry.
8、I’m afraid your room is not ready yet. Would you mind waiting , please?
