飛行擾流板調節標準
有時檢查發現個別飛行擾流板高度與其他擾流板高度不一致,明顯比別的高,需要根據AMM TASK 27-61-00-820-803調節擾流板。
擾流板的調節間隙有兩個標準,一個是標準間隙,另外一個是縮減間隙,縮減間隙主要是為了減少阻力。不同位置擾流板的間隙標準是不同的,只有同一對(比如2和11)擾流板標準間隙相同。兩種標準各有一個對應的間隙表格。
手冊明確要求每一架飛機的飛行擾流板只能按一種標準調節,不允許同時使用兩種標準調節同一架飛機的飛行擾流板。
For each airplane, you must choose which set of values (standard gaps or reduced gaps) to use to adjust the spoilers. You must use only one set of values for each airplane. Use of standard gaps on some spoilers and reduced gaps on other spoilers on the same airplane is not allowed.

標準選擇疑問及解答
工作者在調節準備時有這樣的疑問,擾流板上次的調節找不到記錄,那這次應該按照那個間隙表格調節呢?
經諮詢波音,回復大致內容如下。
1、由於不確定上次使用哪種間隙調節,每次調節是否需要把所有的擾流板都調節呢?
答:不需要都調節,只要能確定其他擾流板的調節也是使用同一個標準(這不廢話嘛,我要知道就不問了)。波音相信收上襟翼放下擾流板後,通過目視檢查能判斷出上次使用哪一種間隙標準(這還差不多)。如果看了還是不確定,只能通過測量尺寸確認了(最後還是都要檢查)。
2,擾流板成對調節可以使用與其他不同間隙標準嗎?
答:即使成對調節也必須跟其他擾流板使用同一間隙標準調節(就手冊說的那樣,沒特殊)。

There are two different sets of values for the spoiler gaps in AMM TASK 27-61-00-820-803 .The two tables represent the different sets of spoilers gaps. You must adjust the spoilers to the values in only one table. Adjust some spoilers to one table and other spoilers on the same airplane to a different table is not allowed.When GUN do the flight spoiler adjustment for one flight spoiler (say spoiler NO.2),GUN do not know which set of values (standard gaps or reduced gaps) to use to adjust the spoiler since GUN do not know which set was used at the last adjustment before.If GUN use a different set than the last time before,all the flight spoilers (NO.2 11.3.10.4.9.5.8) should be adjusted since you must use only one set of values for each airplane.

Q1:Please kindly confirm if all the flight spoilers (NO.2 .11.3.10.4.9.5.8) should be adjusted when do the flight spoiler adjustment for only one flight spoiler (say spoiler NO.2) since the set of values used at the last adjustment before was not recorded?
Q2:Please kindly advise if it is allowed to adjusted a symmetrical pair spoilers (say NO.2 & NO.11) to one table while the other symmetrical pair spoilers (say NO.3 & NO.10) are adjusted to another table ?
RESPONSE: Boeing has reviewed China Southern Airlines' inquiry and offers the following response:
R1. It is not necessary to adjust the spoiler gap on all 8 flight spoilers when performing the adjustment for only 1 flight spoiler provided that China Southern Airlines verify that the remaining 7 flight spoilers have been adjusted to the same gap (standard gaps or reduced gaps). Boeing believes that the spoiler gap that the airplane was adjusted to previously can be verified visually after the flaps are retracted and the speedbrake lever is DOWN. If there is any doubt regarding which set of spoiler gaps were previously used to adjust the spoiler gap, then all 8 flight spoilers should be adjusted per AMM Task 27-61-00-820-803.
R2. It is not allowed to adjust a symmetrical pair of spoilers to a different gap from the remaining flight spoilers as stated in the AMM. Contact Boeing if further assistance is required.
